BMW dealers pride themselves on their great service. I drove from out of town ... in the snow and my flat tire monitor lit up. Called the dealership and they told me they do not have service for BMWs on Saturdays. Since it was a snowstorm and I was far from home, I asked if I could have my tires checked. They laughed and hung up.

Very poor service. I guess they figured I was not from the town and so they did not care about me or my vehicle. I have family that lives in that town and they told me that there are many stories of corruption, dishonesty, etc. from this dealership. It starts at the top with the owner.
