BMW / Bayerische Motoren Werke review: these guys took money for insurance and it turned out that it didn't cover all the damage and wear of car

In December, 2015 I have leased BMW from Bmwofbeverlyhills. This company provided the “wear & tear” insurance. After a month I decided to change the car, because there were some minor problems with it. After the inspection, the rep confirmed that the “wear & tear” insurance would cover the damage and they wouldn’t charge me for extra money. However, 4 days later I received the invoice and the rep wanted to get $1, 690 for the excess wear of BMW. I tried to get any explanation from them, but unfortunately the reps kept silence.
