Biotab Nutraceuticals Extenzefraud charges

I too was charged without authorization. They actually charged me for the next month's supply before I received the free trial! I called about it and finally got through, but the operator just said mmhm mmhm... and hung up. I called right back and got the message that there were no agents available. I will try the reversal of charges as well as contact my attorney. They are unbelievable.

    I ordered the $0.99 trial 10-pack of the extenze. I received the tabs and immediately called to cancel the autoshipment that you are automatically enrolled for because I didnt want to start that process before I had tried the product. I took them as directed, but got absolutely no results. For that reason, I called to ensure the autoshipment plan had been canceled and was assured that it had been and I had no charges or shipments pending. Within a week I received a package I recognized as having come from Biotab Nutraceuticals, so I checked my bank account and, sure enough, I had been charged $49.41 for the product I had been asured was not being shipped. I called them and was told in a frustrated and condasending manner that if I simply wrote "return to sender" on the package and put it in the mail, that my refund would be granted as soon as the package arrived at their warehouse. I did so. Two weeks later I received another package and a charge for $50.90 as well as a seperate charge for $1.90. By this time I had transfered bank accounts, but had kept that one open in order to receive my refunds. Because I kept little money in that account the $52.80 in charges cost me $112.80. By now, I am beyond livid. I called yet again and spoke to another condascending woman who very rudely assured me I would have both refunds within 48 hours. Almost four full days later, I received a refund for the original $49.41, but nothing else. I called yet again and was told yet again by yet another rude, condascedning woman that my second refund was "in processing" and that it would be in my account within a day. That was almost two weeks ago and now I can't even get an answer at the only number I have for reaching Biotab Nutraceuticals.
