This company is doing false advertising. They encourage you to try the product for only a charge of .97 cents, they give you 7 days to try the product but if you live on the east coast, it takes almost a week to get your product.Then, before you can call them, they have billed you for $49.41, a 30 day supply!~ .when I asked why this was done, I was informed that once you get the free trial, you are entered into a 90 day club, which they do not tell you. They say that it takes 90 days for the product to work. I informed them that my husband could not take the supplement because it upset his already sensitive stomach and I was told that a refund will be made in a timely fashion.
The timely fashion has past, about 16 days, and my account has not been credited although, they claim that the account was cancelled. I called today, 2/05/09 and was met on the phone by a very rude customer rep. He started giving me an interregation about did I pay to send back the package( why would I do that, they charged me) or marked return to sender. He let me know, in very nasty terms...THAT I JUST HAD TO WAIT...HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL ME THAT THEY MIGHT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN...THIS IS AMERICA, NOT COMMUNIST RUSSIA. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THAT IS A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY THAT THEY ARE STEALING AND TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.
If I have to call the President, The FBI, I will do what is necessary. I wanted all to know that you are not alone in this matter.

I called them up to order their free trial package for .97 cents. They charged my card and sent the package. I was told by the sales rep, who was a foreigner of course, that I had about 2 weeks to cancel, depending on when the package arrived. The order was placed on 1-19-09. The package was recieved on 1-26-09. I keep only money in my account for purchases i know are coming thru. I called my bank today, the 27th, to find out my balance. Which was ZERO. I talked to my bank rep, she told me a charge for $49(whatever it is), to my account was pending. I had her cancel my card immediately and to start a dispute resolution. They are not going to get away with this on me. The rep not only lied to make a sale, but, how can you do a 7 day free trial, after only one day. It's supposed to be from the receipt date, not an order date. It took 7 days to ship. This is wrong, and they should be flogged. Tarred and feathered. Stoned by the public. Since I have a small P.O. Box, the package wouldnt fit in the box. So I had to go to the the post office counter to recieve the package, and hand in the slip that was in my P.O. Box. Since I use my P.O. My husband has called numerous time to send the product back and there seems to be no one available. Im afraid they will still bill our bank card and Im sort of at a lost at to what to do. Its ridiculous that they guarentee you can send the product back if it's effective, but how can you do that if they proposely ignore your calls!
After ordering product (extenze) and specifically stating that I didn't want any other offers I was still billed for Lady extenze and after I sent it back stamping refused by the post office the money was not only not put back into my account but after cancelling order for all extenze products my credit card was charged again for mens extenze and I haven't recieved that order so I am out of over $100.00. at first I could get in contact with the company but when I canceled that number and had it blocked immediately I started getting a recording saying that there were no available customer service workers please call back. I then called the Post Office told them about them saying they didn't recieve the package and they said they would launch an investigation
We went through the same exact thing as ptcrp79002. Our debit card was overdraft about $250.00 within a week after the product (7 day supply) was cancelled.Two more 30 day supplies came in and $1.49 was billed twice with more overdrafts! This is absoulutely wrong and the BBB should have a better watch on these types of businesses.We call every other day to check for the funds to be credited back to our account and constantly get the runaround, this is very appalling! Anytime of the year is bad for this to happen but having to dish out over $300.00 and have accounts frozen, blocked and cancelled for a $o.97 seven day trial package is truly sickening.Now my husband has lower back problems! I would not recommend this company or their products to my worst enemy! I order extenze from them and wen i place the order for 7 days suply and they tell me if i cancel the order on the next 30 days is not gone to be any charge to my check card but wen i recived my 7 days suply (i order for my and for my wife) they charge 100.00 dls 4 or 5 days after and i call to cancel the order and ask wy the charge the money not even one week after i recived my order of 7 days suply they send me the 30 days suply because they dont want me to run out of the treatment and if i send back the profuct they put the money on my acct but is been 3 weeks and i dont now nothing about my money i call they say dont recived the product yeat wish i dont belive them so becarufull with this company
I was interested in getting the product for someone, paying with my credit card .97 cents. This is the very first time a confirmation and contact number wasn't provided with a purchase. I am apprehensive for valid reasons and would like for the transaction be cancelled in its entirety. I am no longer interested. I have contacted the insitution and they are aware. I order a trail of 7days trial no more .Now they have billed my credit card $50.90 for a monthly supply that I did not order If I don't recevie a full refund to my account, I seek legal action. I cancelled the first order i made and now i keep getting charged and i havent ordered again. I have gotten charged 2 times and I would like my money back. Cancell the orders and return my money.
I ordered a free trail for only .97 cents that was it now I have been charged on my credit card which is now closed out because of over draft fees. I don't want anymore sent to me at all. I ordered thge trail offer that, i was supost to be charged for a 7 day free trail and they over charged me for 1 or 2 months supply . I didi not order the 2 month supply and the woman i talked to did not tell me about anything but the free trail and she said that I was to only pay $.97 and tah was all . I went to get maony out of the bank and I had almost $100.00 took out . would like to cancel my order and I would like to get my money back . I would also like my money back .
