Airtel Mobile Postpaid / pay your bill by debit card not working

I hold a mumbai Airtel number since past 9 moths and im harassed! I cant even change the service provider as my number has become known in my circle.

its been 10 days that the my account is not accepting online payment of bills. The last date was 2 days back and i have to apy late payment fees also also now.

I have made numerous complaints, since past 10 days , on their customer care and their site account and they are unable to help me.

Their CSE tell me go personally to the Airtel shop and make a cash payment which is very far from my place.

I have sent mails and sent onsite complaints but there is no reply.

A company like Airtel has a pathetic Customer care who does not know any thing about their own site and its bugs and are unable to help me.

There have been major problems in the airtel signal also which there is no resolution uptil now, from the company.

All the complaints i make on their site are not actually resolved, but the company reps mark it as "closed"after a week automatically.

I do not recommend the product to anyone in Mumbai or elsewhere

    Same thing happening with me..
    Customer care is worst than BSNL customer care.

    Airtel is been the pathetic service provider. No one expected that they can be so worst in fulfilling the MUST BE requirements for the customer due to horrible network coverage, issues with the network, bad response to customer complaints so on and so forth. I think one should go for other subcribers and make them pay for their mistakes. Very sad to say that airtel only decided to react on this when they start loosing the customer base and
    and hemmer their market reputation in such economical downturn whrer they should realize that customer is god for them.

    Atlease i am definatly going to change my subscriber.
