Airtel airtel do it again!

False commitment, unfriendly customer associates and managers, useless service. This month what happened with me that I took this decision of leaving Airtel for through out my life is like this. I activated airtel 25Rs. When I took this connection this plan enabled me to call airtel STD No's at Rs 1 per min. On 16th Jan that plan was deactivated without intimating me and then on 31st Jan a new pack some 39 rs pack was activated that to without informing me. Secondly I am into Satyam CUG Plan, When I took this connection in sept the rental was 299 rs with 80 free local SMS. The plan got changed 2 months back and the new plan is 249 rs rent and 200 free SMS. But I was not put into the new plan and I came to know this from one of my friend. I requested the change of plan finally th plan got changed but I was charged one month advance rental but I was not told this when I requested change in plan. The best part is when I called up Customer care regarding the clarification of heavy bill I received this month they raised a complaint (7523717). What I got is a complaint number, which didn't got any attention, after waiting 4 three days I again called up and talked to 1 manager. He assured me that he'll resolve my issue within 24 hrs but Again after waiting for 2 days without getting a reply, I again called up and requested to talk to manager but you're CC guy disconnected the call saying the managers are out for lunch till 4 O'clock. Great Services. I am fed up with the CC services provided by Airtel I have to spend more than 30 mins every time I call CC and still hang up without a resolution. This number has really become a tension for me so many hidden charges nothing is transparent and CC ppl are ridiculous they talk as if as they are the the managers and we r the employs. And the manager's they make false commitments of calling back but never call back. This happened to me twice in a week Gaurav K Anand. Software Engineer Trainee, Satyam Computer Services Ltd. There was a call from airtel employee raj of Airtel Borivali office about a airtel plan. (ph number: [protected], [protected] ). They sent a representative to our Vasai office . The agent came, collected documents and Rs 595 each from 3 of us. ( Total Rs 1, 785). After that there was no verification call or anything. The agent gave us a receipt on AIRTEL form with Verification number also.(verification and form number VF 3141061).

Hi,
I am Sachin d Tripathi from Bhopal. I am a user of airtal GSM service.3 days ago, I have activated Mobile office service (a gprs service to provide internet by mobile). While using this service all the balance of my mobile has flashed. I was surprised when a got the information message by airtel that last call charge is 44.48 Rs. after few hours I got same message with 28Rs deduction. In this way, I had lost my 120 rs balance with few more information messages I have complaint to customer care service, they told that my balance will be back in 24 hours. But it is not received yet. I have complaint 5-6 times to customer care for this but each time they commit to 24 hours. My balance is not reimbursed yet. Conclusion, airtel is worst is their customer problem solving. I am very soon going to switch on voda.

i am very disappointed of AIRTEL SERVICE like this- BAD CUSTOMER RESPONCE, BALANCE KA APNE AAP NILL HO JANA, BINA KOI REQUEST KIYE BALANCE KA KAM HONA . customer care is not paying attention towards our complaint.
i m complaiting them from date 08/09/2007 till date
that my card is a friends card and group is not creating
after dialing *110# i am getting an error " you are not allowed to use this service" and they told us u just try till u will get the service i m trying from last8 days but it is not activating now all my balance has finished but the problem has not solved i have purchased two cards and both the cards are facing same problem my card no is
[protected] and [protected] and i want group between these two and [protected].
so please solve my problem

I am fully agree with this. This airtel customer care service is very very poor and i don't know why ther are treating like this. What happened with me I am using this airtel postpaid number and I could not get a bill as my residential address upto 3 month. I complained many time but all was vain. What I got everytime a new service request number ( I got 4 service request number for the same). Very intresting thing I send email to 121 twice for the same problem but no luck! Only thing which i got only auto reply for this email that within 24 hour we will contact you. More than 1 month has been passed but nobody contact so far.

In a nutshell It is a very bad worst customer care service in this modern age which I ever seen.

It is worst that Govt office services.

2008 for my account.On behalf of this deposition i had issued
checks.But to my surprise the check returned back for which, i have
even coordinated with the bank.Also bank people are refuging for any
receving a dd.i have the proof of the recevieing .

Fully agree, Airtel is one of the worst service provider.

I had requested for GPRS I got confirmation request being registered adn GPRS would activbated in 4 hrs but GPRS got activated only after 48 hrs without notice I called up Customer care asn assured that no charges would b levied but I have been charges 4 time for same services that tooo without notice and in spite of the fact that I requested twice to deactivate it.
doesn't it meant Airtel provide serives as per their convenience irrespective of requirement of customer.
I escalted it to their Nodal officer but as they are also part of the same organisation. nodal officer kept mum evern after 2-3 mails. As if they want to say "do what ever you want to do, we are not going to change".

Airtel non availability of customer care by dialing [protected]/121

I am not able to contact your customer care by dialing [protected]/121 for more than one month. In this case there is no question of repeated dialing the above numbers because I can't able to use these numbers.
Hence I was compelled to contact you before 4/5 days with the help of tata indicom landline which was chargable. You have committed that the problem would be over within a day or two.
KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIATELY

Airtel no response from the customer care and harassing the customer

I activated the service to use the mobile office (Gprs) for surfing net using my laptop, their is some setting problem due to which I am not able to connect, I have been following up with airtel ranchi from last six days but they have not been responding to my problem and even not they have blocked my number from which I was contacting their customer. Even the serious like mr. Aroop, mr. Jesudas and mr. Neeraj thakur has been not able to take up the issue and get it solved.

I got SIM no. 899110120202293105965 from your Representative Mr. Ajay Singh (Mob. [protected]) on 09/11/2012. He made all the documentation (Application SL. No. DL [protected]). I have handed over the following documents to him : Address Proof(Rent agreement), id proof (voter i.d. card), 2 photographs and Cash Rs. 300/- on the same day.

He told my SIM will be activated within 3-4 days. But still by today (after 35days) it is not activated . His mob. is always switch off. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly

I am airtel customer. I have activated 98 rental plan for Internet[GPRS service].
They said we give 2GB free usage for 1 month.But as I was using the GPRS service I got message after13th day that I have reached my limited usage and pay for the amount otherwise the services will be stopped. That moment only I stopped using the GPRS and deactivated the service. The usage for that month was 960 MB which is very less than 2GB though they charged me with the bill on the usage which was unaccepatable.

Now I am getting threatening calls from airtel to pay that amount.

am using the airtel services from more then 5 years but now my sim showing registration failed... i was in some business tour, , nw i returnd and cant able to use my number... am feeling very bad, bcoz i had given this number to so many my customers..i informed in airtel services, and airtel office also, , , but i didnt got any responses, , if this number again activated for a new customer, it make lot of disturbances to that customer again u also be in trouble... so i hardly wished to activate my number to me itself...so kindly do the needful...

I talk to customer execuitive in the evening, he replied arrogently and drop the phone. Why such a stupid airtel customer execuitive are there; I think no other provider take those that the reason.

Dear Sir,
I am shocked and disappointed to be writing this letter to you today. After more than 2 years of customer, I had the worst customer service experience of my life.
I called up on customer service for knowing about my landline bills (corporate) so many times and they was sending me same bill again and again which was single connection bill and disconnecting the calls. And then I asked about senior person over there. And when we called him, complained about them and told all matter but he again did the same thing which had done by his executives and said your last bills are pending when asked about details of payment they did not give us. I am sure this treatment is not a regular occurrence, but that doesn't change the fact that I was subjected to it.
Please take steps to ensure that this employee and coworkers know that these actions were not in line with your company's values and policies. I would be happy to provide further details if you wish. Please contact me regarding the steps you have taken no later than two weeks from now.

Airtel SUCKSSSS..
I am a Airtel customer for 5 years, with a unlimited plan, since the smart tracking the service deteriorated. I have changed my service provider.

Airtel is a pain

Airtel service is pathetic.

Airtel betrays with the customers.

Airtel Customer care gives out false promises and not only team members but also the managers gives out false promises very fluently. I think they have been specifically trained to give out false promises and to keep the customers in the dark.

Airtel airtel not letting me talk to customer care executive!

I am prepaid customer of airtel since one year. Presently I am residing at ranchi, my mobile no is [protected]. I am facing a serious problem and airtel is not listening to my problem. My problem is, when I am dialing 121 to talk to customer care, I am only able to browse up to 4th option but customer care spokesperson is available at 9th option. I am deprived of talking to the customer care executive. I just want to activate my facility again.

Its more than a month I am facing the above problem. I have already talked to local customer care at main road ranchi (Besides vrindavan) thrice but they are not solving my problem nor paying attention to this problem. I have then wrote a mail to the local nodal officer at bihar-manish. [protected]@bharti.com, but I received no reply or any action from him. This problem is not only with me but a lot of airtel customers around me. So I feel the need to let you know and be aware of the service given to the people at ranchi.

what a telcom company that has no issues when deducting money for their X Y Z services on the phone and don't even have the courtesy to give customers a way to speak to a customer care executive. WHERE THE HELL IS THE "SPEAK TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE OPTION" AIRTEL?YOU TELL US TO DIAL 121 FOR CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION TO PRESS A BUTTON TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. ARE U TRYING TO DODGE THIS RESPONSIBILITY PURPOSELY? SPEAK UP..! YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT DUMB...!

AirTel is going down day by day.
im facing internet problems from last 4 days, even im unable to talk to the customer care executive.
im getting 0.03 Mbps of speed i.e 30 kb.. i used to get 1.32-3.36 Mbps of speed ! :(

i want to state that my mobile number is [protected](BSNL) and i had submitted the application for morena airtel office(through MNP service). my MNP process is completed yesterday but BSNL has closed for service 1.30am dated06/02/2011 and he is permeated to switch future service for airtel but today 06/02/2011 12.15 pm my number is not working. and i am working number is discontinue for services.

with best regards I beg to inform you that there is no any tower within the range of 11km so that all the villagers and I also facing the problem of call drop. no any other customer interested to buy the new sim because there is no network of any company. Sir due to unavailability of tower I want to give my land on rent to install the tower of any tower. There are only 1 signals bar shown in my mobile while I am using the nokia2626. I am an airtel pre paid customer no. [protected]. I took sms package of Rs.115 which provides 10, 000 local and national sms for 1 month validity. After 9 days and exactly 100 sms, package finished and costing me full. After repeatingly trying customer care, I am not getting. Remedy ? Should leave this company's service ?

If you want to get in contact with Airtel customer care then you have to call from Post paid. Because I also got same problem I kept calling with my Pre paid phone But it didn't working then I use the Post paid phone so I can contact them

time i had purchased a connection in delhi every time i have found that
costumer care rep didnt give answer when i made a call after two or three
months one cost care rep told me that he had removed my connection cabel
from cost care
this time i have purchased a connection in my friend circle whoever
brought the connection they found the same problem please resolve my
problem otherwise i will go to consumer forem and attempt a case on

My Mobile [protected] is giving massage "Sim registration failed and Inactive Sim while it was paid for lifetime". I have mailed 10 times to airtel service center regarding my mobile no. and every time I get reply through auto generation mail that you will take care of my problem within 24 hrs. Inspite of regular follow ups I couldn't retrieve my mobile no. I have spent thousands of Rs. for it. I have phoned 68 times to Mr. Agarwal ( Nimbahera) Ph. no. [protected] and 94 times to Mr. Satpal Dua ( Chittorgarh ) Ph. [protected]. Every time both persons tell me that problem will be solved within 24 hrs. Mr. Agarwal given me other no. sim as a replacement but after one day he again call me personally and provided me one other sim of same number and taken back sim as he supplied earlier. On 11.8.2006 Mr. Satpal Dua called me personally and he managed to talk me on 801 (Mr. Yogendra) and he told me that there is some technical problem in the system and he will short out the matter within 24 hrs. Still problem persists. I have given all the related documents again to Nimbahara. What more you needed from me. All your such activities have pained me a lot and it has forced me to go to court / consumer forum. Due to unavailability of mobile no. I have incurred heavy loss of both money and time.

Yesterday "30-may -2007" my cell phone was theft at morning 10AM my airtel number is [protected] when i call to my mobile its tell "switched off".

There is anyway to lock my simcard, some help me, what can i do... My mobile type " samsung new model".

Airtel mental harrasment / fault committments

I made a GPRS on my mobile (mobileoffice) request to airtel in 8th of august 2006. Till this complaint (12 august 2006, they says the activation will happen within 24 hr from the request) hav't got any response from their side.

The executives are already with their apology and fault commitment that it will activate with in 1 hr, 2 hr,... no response then.

Even the team leader of customer care failed give any response she commited that she will activate the function within 3 hrs. after 3 hrs i made a call but the executive said that the team leaders shift has over and she left the office!. with out any message or a call.

Airtel has absolutely failed to give the service. Absoultely pathetic condition.

Myself laxmi saha [protected], my balance has been cut on 21st Jul 2011 at 1115 Hrs, as I have not received any message or call at that time. ihave complained same to customer care but he has refused to give any reply. So pls give me the explaination for that..

Its funny..i was living in jaipur and had an airtel internet connection...I asked themto stop my connection since airtel data card did not function well...I shifted out of jaipur and they did not close my connection..now they say that I have 12000 bill and that there is a tis hazari notice againest me..can they really do anything..please tell me

In our village Airtel tower Activated last week.but thats range very low. so we have already Number.now that is dead invest. So please give more range or turn that antennas in to all places.

Our village - in Karnataka circle Mangalore division Sullia Taluk, BALPA Tower. We want signal in Kamila Village also.

It is really sad and pathetic, i think that my fault was to get the services done from Prepaid to Postpaid keeping this number for last 5 damn good years.

No Verfication done as per the requested time,the officer never called before coming to our residence,serives barred without informing,lastly verfication done and not updated in system,again our services barred and we had to face lots of problems,the customer service is very unhelpful department and the service of Airtel has really detoriated in last few years...
The executives are very unprofessional not ready to listen to the customer..

I think it is a simple case of Harrasment,I do not know whether BIG SHOTS in different section of the society have to go through the same... I AM VERY CONFIDENT that they do not have to.We are common man and so are harrased.

I have activated my mobile office service passed 2 1/2 month before and i have used it only for 10-15 days and deactivated that service due to unsatisfied speed. now the problem is that even though my service is being deactivated my daily 7 rupees is being debited from my balance. These all things are going from last 2 months. I have several compliant numbers with along time & date. But every one is least bother about it, after so much of request from 2 months none of the executives are taking any necessary actions. First thing is that the card which i am using is in government plan & i am working in Indian navy. I had rights 2 take any legal action. Airtel cant cheat government sections.

I am a corporate connection holder from HCL, Noida. I had an outstanding bill of around Rs 1000 that i could not pay since all of a sudden i had to go out of India for quite long period due to some official work. I was aware that i had not paid my bill but never wanted to lose my existing number. Coming back to Noida after around 8 months, i got a call on my new number (since my that number didn't exist anymore) from a courier company. Very next day i got a call from gentleman from number 011-[protected], who was not gentle at all, naming himself as Advocate Aggrawal, who then transferred the call to an equally rude lady calling herself as Advocate Kavita from Tis Hazari court, stating that Airtel has filed a case against me since i didnt pay my bill. I told her about my genuine circumstances and told that would pay it within next week. She didnt agree to that and told that payment has to be made today itself or else legal action would be taken. I would like to know that is this the correct way that you call a customer in a high tone at 12 noon and ask him/her to make pending payments within next 2-4 hrs and in case customer fails to do that, give threatenings that he/she would be taken to court for which NO prior notice has ever been sent?
This is not customer service..."customer threatening" rather, fooling the person saying it is call from courier service, court etc ---- VERY DISAPPOINTING...!

I am a Ludhiana, Punjab based post paid customer of airtel India. I have been depositing bills in time since I got connection 20 months back. For this, as a gesture airtel set my credit limit to Rs.3000.

I could not deposit my last bill for around Rs.800 in time. As I was to pay fine for late payment I thought to deposit the last bill along with the next bill which will be due for payment by 11th Dec 2006. But today, that is 29th Nov 2006. I got a call from an airtel female executive( from cell number +[protected]) who asked me to deposit my last bill immediately or face debarring of my outgoing calls. When I told her that I have not crossed my credit limit of Rs.3000 and I would deposit it wit next bill, she got furious and rudely told me," It is not you but the company which makes the rules." I was shocked at her behaviour. I said," Then you disconnect my phone." She replied bluntly,"O.K. You deposit the out standing amount first, then we'll disconnect your phone." She seemed to have total disregard for the customer.

It seems success has got high to their head and it has least regard for customers who are source of their bread and butter.

Airtel air tel prepaid card aisi azadi aur kahan accepting services not functioning

I had purchased Air Tel prepaid card Aisi Azadi aur kahan worth of Rs.360 from the shop in Rajajinagar on 10th August 2006. When I want to recharge as per instructions, there was no services available after entering 16 digit number. The message was clear saying that this facility temporarily not working call later again. This has been happening for the last two days. I have tried repeatedly with the card for recharge but all attempts in to the vain. It is too bad to provide service like this afte paying prepaid card. Can anybody from Air tel respond. I have tried to contact their customer service number [protected] but always busy and no response. Do needful if you can.

It is unfortunate to deduct from my balance for a service which I have not solicited for. Everyday a sum of Rs.5 has been deducted from my accountfor "cricket updates" .Now my credit balance come to Rs -150. I have made several complaints to refund my deducted amount to my account.But the customer care dept. people of Airtel has no care for their customers or I doubt whether they go with deaf ears intentionally. It is better to avoid Airtel connection

Hi, I am Anil, I am currently in NewYork and i have a prepaid calling card which said it has 2hours of talk time, but then i could hardly talk for 40 minutes and i also want to recharge my card or get a new calling card, Please let em know how will i be able to get the remaining talk time on my previous card and how and where will i get my new calling card from.
Till date Airtel has been my mode of communication to my place in bangalore, and i would like to continue to rely on Airtel services to get connected to my home town, Please do provide me the details of how and where to get the calling card from.
I reside in Lower Manhattan,New York right next to NYSE.

Through this mail I would like to draw your attention regarding the non availability of airtel signal in some part of north Delhi.

My name is Paramjeet Singh and my no. is [protected] & i have been using your number from the last seven years.

On one side you people are running your advertisement (Jao jaha bhi karo kuch bhi AIRTEL ke saath).This is only for the advertisement purpose but nor for real life.I m working in Media Channel and your activity runs on our channel.

I have already complained for the same issue many time at your customer centre. You can check my complaints in your records.

I want some action on it because i m really fed up with the problem

Airtel mobile office service activated by mistake!

I am using airtel since last 2 years. Today, early morning I activated mobile office service by mistake. Suddenly I call to the customer care and request them to correct my mistake and deactivate this service but I got the reply that even if you do this by mistake then also you have to pay for this service and monthly charges you must pay.

It was just a mistake and done through sms so I think it must be corrected by the company.

Airtel has really really Poor connectivity. The person I callup or receive calls can never hear me. The voice always breaks. I have complained atleast4 times and have not got any solution. This service is sickening. If the company doesnt act to my problem, it will loose a customer and like me there are many many others who will do that.

Well atleast you by mistake activated your mobile office. Here they acknowledge that BY MISTAKE AIRTEL HAS DEDUCTED and continues deducting 7rs for a service i have not taken. They are just cheating and robbing customers I guess that is their policy. Guys stay away from airtel they only know to rob. I am searching for a way to take them to task could anyone pls help.

I am also experiencing the same problem; 60% of mobile bill charges are due to SMS s which i had not availed; I have not sent even one MSM so far in this mobile; but some how the value added services get activated for e.g., 646 services which results inflated monthly bills for my post paid mobile phone. Is it a gimmick by AIRTEL services or wantonly done, I could not follow Even after my repeated complaints to customer services, still the ordeal continues. Can anyone suggest a remedy to come out of this trap?

Airtel call drop frequently & charge for there

I am a post paid user of Airtel mobile no. [protected] of 14 month old, I opted annual advance rentel plan 249 rs. p.m. I face a serious call drop problem since the starting & I contect to customer care several time but they did'nt give me satisfactory resolution. The srvice provider also charge cost of those calls who are droped. I notify this probem to customer care always but they do not provide me remedy of this problem. the airtel also charge for value added services those are not replying. For details see my itemis bills. This is very serious matter.

Airtel defrauding and harassing customers!

Few days ago, I converted to my Airtel prepaid to postpaid connection. I have been a good customer of Airtel prepaid service for more than 1 and a half year. But in return , I have got such a bad service that I don't have words to say nothing bout it.

A customer care representative was sent by Airtel call center on my request to my office (Delmia Solution PVt. ltd, jp nagar 2nd phase, bangalore-78) as I was interested in migrating to postpaid connection. That guy (called Prataph from Microwave Communications - Airtel authorized point, cunnigham road, bangalore as mentioned in the bill - he has given the wrong contact no... also on the BILL!) is a complete liar and gave me wrong information regarding the schemes available. My post paid connection was activated after 3 days after paying 300 bucks as the initial charge. But to my utter surprise mobile to std landline was not activated for which I had taken the scheme, now the Airtel call center was asking for another 1500 bucks refundable for sub activation of that feature... No such charge was told while taking the connection...

Apart from that, I had some prepaid currency in my account, I was told that I can use by dialing some code for std. I tried after activation but nothing happened. I called up AIRTEL CALL CENTER 4 or 5 times. They said they have taken the compliant and they will activate it soon. Meanwhile after all this drama I went to AIRTEL office and the Airtel ppl told me that feature is no more there, my prepaid currency (around 200 bucks) has lapsed. So, nothing can be done! So u can understand my fury now:|

How they can run a such a big organizations with ppl of such questionable integrity? Airtel authorized center send fake representatives with the whole intention of trapping the customers!

Airtel call center gives the wrong information! It means customers are helpless! I feel like moving to consumer court its simply ridiculous public nuisance!

I would be very thankful if something can be done and also it will be very consoling for me if the authority of Microwave communications, Airtel Auhtorized point, Maruthi Mansion, Cunnigham Road, Bangalore-52 has canceled so in future they might not trap other customers!

AIRTEL HARASSMENT CENTRE

AIRTEL as they claim do not have customer care centre, rather they only have customer harassment centre, I was using AIRTEL broadband for the last 8 years without any problem. Recently I shifted to new residence with in the same locality and I was promised by Airtel Mayur Vihar office that broadband will be made available at my new residence, later it was turned down.

However I went in for their Data Card [protected] and took unlimited plan and was using it for 2 months, the real problem rather night mare started when I got a call from AIRTEL saying that they will install broad band connection at my place with the same no. I was having [protected] and in 2 days the wiring too was done and the wiring is still there, was promised that I will get the connection in 2 days times

After that it was night mare and harassment for me from AIRTEL end as I started calling up Airtel people every day and was told that I will get the connection the next day, and I spoke to so many executives and every time I have to narrate the same story all from the start and even I have some of the requests no. with me. I started calling from 2nd may 09, again on 4th may req. no. [protected], 6th may request no [protected], 10th may req. no [protected] and many other requests in between and every time they committed that the connection will be given the next day

But every time I was given the wrong promises, and in between since I was having their data card unlimited connection, I reduced that to Rs 49 plan in anticipation of getting their broad band connection which was quiet but natural

Since I did not get their connection in time, I used it for just 2 days and I got a whopping bill of Rs 2900 plus taxes, I was shocked as my guess was that at the most I will have to end up paying additional 300-400 and which I was even ready.

Now after these AIRTEL customer harassment executive started harassing me, I spoke to atleast 100 odd customer executive and got fed up repeating the story again and again, and every one listened to my problem, and agreed to it that the problem is from their end, but they all wanted the bill to be paid, I talked to Nodal office and again the same old story, and today 22nd June 09 I talked to their appellate with the hope atleast they will listen and understand the problem, again after listening to everything and agreeing to the fact that broad band people made wrong commitment and because of that I lowered the data card plan to 49 one and had to use it for 2 days, again they sang the same old story sung by customer care and nodal office.

Every one treats Broadband and data card as two different company, where as for me it is AIRTEL. They have simple logic, never admit your mistake and always put it on the customer’s head.

1. Why in the first place I got a call from AIRTEL Broad band saying that they will install broad band connection at my place, if they cannot do it, which sparked of all the problem
2. If the unlimited plan for data card is 999 per month, does it makes sense to charge 2900 for using it for 2 days.
3. If my credit limit is Rs1700 why I was allowed to use it for Rs2900, what ever the reason they come out to justify it

I just could not stand the harassment by these Airtel people as already I have enough tensions at my place as my mom is seriously ill for 10 years as she underwent major operation in 2000 and could not take additional tension and ultimately paid the amount of Rs 3305.98 bill no [protected], bill dated 09-Jun-2009 on 22nd June by Credit card. Now I want to claim for the damages and harassment that AIRTEL had given me.

I hope you will help me in getting my Rs 3305 back as broadband unlimited is for Rs 700 and data card unlimited is for 999 per month and why on the earth they are charging 2900 plus taxes for using it for 2 days, this money I can use it to buy medicines for my mom for one month

My mobile No id [protected] (Post paid) I have been a good customer of Airtel postpaid service for more than 2f year. But in return , I have got such a bad service that I don't have words to say nothing bout it.

3 Months Ago I have received a Offer card from Airtel for Free Postpaid Connection. After SMS to 200 one Executive Sovonjit Ghosh( [protected]) from Bharti Airtel Services Limited Kolkata came to Me and collected all my documents ( Pan card Xerox, Voter ID xerox , Original Last month Bill & Original Offer Card) and gave me a sim card ( [protected]).

After 2 Days he said me that there was a confusion because there is a Unpaid amount of Rs.4000/- in another no.( didn’t inform to me) in my name opened previously by my PAN but not in my address .

I repeatedly requested him to give me the details of the above but he didn't give any thing to me and I also requested him to return my documents whatever I handover and take the sim card what he has given to me but no reply I have got from him. So Many times I called to Customer care but they cannot give me proper answer.

How Airtel can run a such a big organizations with ppl of such questionable integrity? Airtel authorized center send fake representatives with the whole intention of trapping the customers!

Now there is no proper solution given from the Airtel side as to where exactly they have created a problem

Now MY Faith on AIRTEL also now going down because every one can do any thing with my papers.

I have heard similar complaints from my friends. I would also like to highlight my experience with Airtel. I too wanted to change to a postpaid connection from the existing pre paid for my office use, and I went to the nearest Airtel Office which is newly opened on the 100 ft road, Indiranagar near the Domlur flyover. The office is generally crowded and operates on a first cum first serve basis. While I waited for my turn, this customer service lady (the only lady ) who was walking around in the office, came to me and very curtly asked what I wanted. I told her about my requirements , she examined my id proofs and very rudely told me that I did not have the required documents. I do agree that I probably did not have the proper address proof, but there is a way of informing things to customers. This kind of behavior cannot be tolerated by anyone, I work for a service industry and I was totally appalled by the kind of service offered by Airtel. I walked out of the office with a very bitter experience and I would like to inform you that I am now thinking of switching over to some other company for good.

I bought a prepaid SIM card from Mr Satish, Plot No 5, Shiv Bagh, Ameerpet in the month of March,2007 after submitting proper documents. After 2 days the outgoing call was barred. On inquiring, the customer care informed me that the docs were not submitted so I should submit again. I submitted the docs again for the 2nd time and the connection was restored. After 15 days, all of a sudden the number becomes non existent. On inquiring, the customer care informed me again that the docs were not submitted so the number as been barred. You please clarify me if the docs were not submitted, how can my connection get restored when it got disconnected for the first time. Now how can you expect a customer to keep on submitting the docs again and again. The dealer has informed that he had submitted the docs else the connection could not get restored for the first time. If you think the dealer has not submitted the documents, do you think I should be responsible for this. We buy SIM card from your authorized dealers and if they dont submit the docs, I am not supposed to suffer. I have given the details of the distributor above and I need an explanation and immediate solution to this problem. I would not accept Airtel harassing customer's without reasons.

Dont u think, the customer care should atleast inform the customer before disconnecting the number!

Yes I do agree with all of you. I experienced the same the situation.
I asked the dealer to recharge my mobile currency for 560/- rupees using easy recharge option since there were no card available.

He made a mistake by typing wrong number. My number is [protected] he instead typed [protected]. Now he asks me to pay money for recharging other number. He insisted that it can be rolled back by the airtel authorites, so I paid him 560/- and received bill.

But when I approach Airtel service Center they say it takes 1 month to process the action. I went circles to these airtel people nothing turned out. I feel like sueing these people here.

There should be some way to catch these airtel. Please some insist some way so that I can catch these people.

I also have such kind experience. I am in Faridabad, have landline connection about 3 years. When I got connection they collect Rs. 3000.00 for Caution deposit and which is refundable after I surrender my connection. But practically when I surrender the connection, I cleared my all bills and there is no dues but still they did not refund my full amount instead of that they return me only Rs. 2200.00 and that too also after 2-3 months fight with them. After I got said amount, several times when ever I contacted them regarding the discrepency they just reply we are checking and will revert you soon. Its already 1 and half years over but I did not receive any information regarding the same. I realise that they don't pay me the balance amount, I did not follow after that.

Airtel activation of hello tune without request

On 22nd february, 2005 I received two sms saying I have requested for hello tune, that I never did. Second sms said that a tune I have selected is activated, again I havenot done or requested for this.In consequence they deducted rs 40 from my balance without my request or confirmation.

I tried to talk to customer care from 8 pm to 10 pm, they were not responding. At last they picked up saying the system is shut down, so I should wait for next 48 hours to get any response from them. I am confused what should I do and where should I escalate this matter.

Validity of my mobile number [protected] was 19/07/2023.

I recharged it on 10/07/2023 for Rs 1799 for 365 days. So next due date should be 19/07/2024. But screen is showing validity upto 08/07/2024.

I contacted airtel help desk on 11/07/2023 but of no avail.

Pl rectify the error on due date.
