For $240 a month I would’ve thought they could’ve fixed the problems in my home in the last two years… But they haven’t. The speed is fine when it’s working but this is how bad their service is… In the past two years I have had: the fiber optic cable replaced, the converter from the fiber-optic to inside of my home replaced, a reconnection of the wire from my phone outlet to my Wi-Fi router reconnected, my router replaced and I still have connectivity issues several times a month. I restart my router about every week to 10 days just to get it to work again. I have had techs out here several times over the past 18 months and I still have problems. I checked with my neighbors and they are not having any problems while I am. I am on the verge of canceling my service of 800 meg per second and going back to my local service that provided only 10 megs per second that hardly ever went down. They don’t care… Once they get your money and have your whole home connected, once that goes down you can’t even contact them to report a problem. Then when it comes back and you go through their app and talk with one of their incompetent Indian phone service employees, when they take five minutes to respond and you complain and want to talk to someone higher up, they disconnect you and the message comes up that the connection went down due to connectivity issues which I find ironic since that’s why I’m contacting them in the first place.
