The app is good, but it has a bug and also lacks a very important feature this kind of apps must always have:

• On the iPad, in landscape mode, the image is automatically switched to Fill-Screen, resulting on having the sides being cropped.
• Currently, you can watch videos by connecting your iOS device to your TV using an HDMI adapter. The problem is that after a few minutes, when the iOS device turns off the display, the video freezes. So you can only watch for a maximum of 15 minutes on an iPad and 5 minutes on an iPhone before the video stops.
You need to make it continue playing in the background, without requiring for the iOS device to have its display on.

La aplicación de Telemundo es simplemente decepcionante. El contenido es bueno en el sentido en que se puede encontrarle el título que de está buscando, pero la interface es absolutamente pésima. Es comprensible que existan comerciales, ya que es una aplicación gratuita, pero en curso de (1) hora llegan a presentarse más de 9 comerciales y estos se repiten una y otra vez. La aplicación se detiene enumerabas veces al finalizar de cada pauta y el contenido regresa al inicio del episodio y no al momento en el que fue detenido. La aplicación tiene una presentación muy poco moderna y el menú es bastante difícil de accesar. Un canal tan reconocido con un presupuesto tan bajo en tecnología, es francamente vergonzoso.

I like all of the shows on this app and I have found my interest in these shows because of my dad who mainly speaks Spanish (but I don’t). And I don’t want to have my dad explaining everything that’s happening to me because it’s not convenient. I watch the shows on tv but I don’t entirely know what’s going on, I got this app assuming I would be able to watch the shows but with English subtitles because the shows are generally good and I’m interested, I just want to have a better understanding with what is going on because my Spanish isn’t very good. I think the app is efficient but I would be a lot happier and satisfied if there was English subtitles because I’d also like to enjoy this type of entertainment.

Me gusta el App de Telemundo cuando he podido entrar, gracias a los créditos que han dado para poder ver tres episodios en un mes ...y no entiendo el porqué no tengo acceso total, si tengo al canal de Telemundo con mi servidor de cable TV dentro de los canales locales (TDS en New Hampshire ) ESTE APP de Telemundo NO me permite ver su programación.
Debieran tener un App de total acceso aunque tuviéramos que pagar una mensualidad, tal como lo pago por tener el excelente App de “Univisión Now”.(..que puedo ver programación hasta tres Días “atrás” , que perdí de ver).

No puede ser que “mi Telemundo”, nacido en mi país Puerto Rico, que siempre ha sido vanguardista, carezca en el 2021 de un APP a todo dar y de fácil acceso!

Le daría 5 estrellas pero realmente no sirve ya estoy desesperada ya que no puedo ver los capítulos de mi novela cada que quiero ver un capítulo me pide mi proveedor y ya que lo agrego aún así no me deja acceder ya que me dice que ese canal no lo tengo en mi paquete y es ridícula ya que es un canal local y por lógica claro que lo tengo y solo pasa con algunos capítulos ya que si me deja ver los que le da la gana .. Me da frustración ya que por alguna razón pierdo mis capítulos al horario que salen en tv y pues mi alternativa es verlos aquí y no me deja esto apenas está pasando ya que antes si podía ver la señora acero uno tras otro y hoy ya no puedo por favor arreglen ese problema porque estoy perdiendo ver mi novela favorita

The application is a huge disappointment. It requires a cable subscription, which doesn’t match today’s culture of walking away from cable, and streaming content.

Customer service was extremely poor. I emailed my feedback. Several days later, I received an email survey asking if my concerns had been addressed satisfactorily.

Of course, my concerns had not been addressed.

It’s 2019. I cut the cable cord 8 years ago. While I love Spanish Language television shows, I’m not going to let my pocketbook be raped by cable companies.

Netflix has begun streaming original Spanish language programming, and quality is similar, so I guess I’ll watch there.

Es lamentable, que esta aplicación tenga tan poca calidad. Estoy intentando ver una de sus series y, tiene tantos errores, que me sorprende, porque es una serie que está al aire actualmente. Un "capítulo" está dividido en cinco segmentos, y hay algunos "capítulos" que el primer y segundo, segmento es el mismo, y el tercer y cuarto segmento, es el mismo. También es un fastidio tanto anuncio, comercial o publicidad, cinco veces en un capítulo que no dura ni 60 minutos, y encima de eso, repiten los mismos anuncios, una y otra y otra vez. Deben verificar las series, y corregir esos errores. Ah! Y si la aplicación se cierra, y no recuerdas por cuál capítulo ibas, te toca tratar de adivinar y buscar, buscar y buscar, hasta que encuentres el capítulo. ‍♀️

Una aplicación que debería trabajar perfectamente con el teléfono más te obligan a conectarte a entidades de cable u otras situaciones las cuales no te dejan ver ningún programa de qué sirve tener una aplicación la cual es irrelevante y no te probé lo que buscas y tanto que la auspician una compañía la cual he mirado por muchos muchos años y ahora cuando la quiero ver el teléfono móvil no puedo por el hecho de que realmente tienes que tener una burocracia ya sea con cualquier otra compañía añadido más no te enseña tampoco en los programa capítulos completos solamente cortes de que me interesan a mí los cortesLo que me interesa es ver la programación del programa el cual no pude ver cuando no estaba en la casa pero realmente es mi opinión personal una porquería

Finally I can watch shows on my schedule...no more comcast on demand need it. Yeahhh! Just one issue that really piss me off. I don't have anything against commercials, it doesn't bother me watching 2 or 3 commercials like on regular tv, but the ones by Sofia vergara, the head and shoulders and the covergirl ones, shouldn't be there or if you gonna play it, at least make it play properly. Every single time those commercial show up the transmission stop and when I finally get to the end of the commercials, the show starts one scene behind and jumps again to the commercials. I have figured out how to watch the whole thing but I shouldn't be struggling with that. And it only happens with Sofia vergara's commercials. Thank you, I hope you guys can fix that issue, the only bad thing I've found.

La verdad. Además de pagar internet tenemos q tener un proveedor de tv sin eso no sirve la aplicación q mal ,bueno ese no es todo el caso tambien si es negocios no sirve pues q pasa quieren más dinero debería dejar q podamos ver sin necesidad de un proveedor de tv ya mismo cobran del aire q respiramos . suertudos los q pueden usar pero si no nos quejamos esto será cobrado todo , recomiendo apoyen a q dejen gratis hay niños q no pueden pagar y ellos están sin servicio de tv piensen q hay muchos sin trabajo los ancianos no tenemos consciencia x loso minusválidos niños especiales q pasa nadie piensa en ellos acaso soy el único no todo debe ser dinero apoyen al resto de personas . Que tengan un dispositivo no quiere decir q son ricos unanse y agamos que este mundo cambie grasias suerte a todos

es verdaderamente triste que un noticiero se dedique a informar la vida privada de los artistas , cantantes, y gente de la farandula. Y deja de informar al publico las ultimas novedades y susesos en momentos tan importantes como esta viviendo el mundo, guerra en Ucrania, nuevas sepas del covid, y comentarios de especialistas o gente importante que tiene realmente cosas importantes que hacer llegar a la poblacion. Uds no son esa fuente. Seria interesante que aprendieran de los noticieros españoles, donde los artistas , cantantes , y todo ese circulo tienen programas especiales para la gente que le gusta saber la vida privada de los demas peo NO un noticiero . Si una persona sintoniza un noticiero es solo para saber las cosas que estan ocurriendo en el mundo. El publico merece un poco mas de respeto.

Almost impossible for me to watch anything. Every iPhone that I try to watch with says the same thing….video playback failed. It does that for live or on demand. Had to turn off the app at least 15 times, restart my phone several times to get it to work but now I want to cast it! This poses a whole new set of problems. If you have the slightest chance of casting it to the tv, whether it’s through airplay or chromecast, DO NOT TOUCH ANY BUTTONS because this stupid app freezes which requires a reset which means you are back to square one with the video playback failed notification. Btw it’s not my internet. That was the first thing I checked. This is so annoying as I am trying to watch something that is live and I’m missing every bit of it. Such a big corporation and the simplest app can’t even get maintained correctly.

Descargue el app x q me gusta ver los episodios de Exatlon, programas en vivo y x supuesto mis telenovelas, pero el app no está funcionando bien tengo mi proveedor de cable y cuando quiero ver algunos de mis programas favoritos me sale un anuncio q dice q lo siente, pero q hay un error con mi proveedor lo mismo me pasa cuando quiero ver en vivo me dice q mi proveedor no lo autoriza, pero yo puedo ver y se q lo tengo incluido en mi paquete ese canal de Telemundo, ya llame a Amazon x q el app lo baje x medio de el firestick y ellos me dijeron q todo está bien también llame a mi compañía de cable y me dijeron q ese problema es de el app q si tengo esos canales en mi paquete de cable traté de comunicarme con Telemundo para ver si alguien me ayudaba y hasta les deje mi número de teléfono hasta la fecha nadie me regreso la llamada y ya voy para 2 meses esperando

I did love it until you guys added the carriers on the app. The reason i had the app is bc i do not have or want cable TV yet you guys are obligating me to get cable so that i can use the app which totally defeats the purpose of the App. And it’s ridiculous you guys do this being we are subjected to watch EVERY SINGLE COMERCIAL which should be paying you guys for broadcasting their commercials. You guys seem to be getting a bit greedy if you asked me. Perhaps you can do something like Univision that allows you to have access to the app and all the shows plus Live TV for a small $7 fee a month. That i would definitely do to continue watching Telemundo. However i refuse to get any type of cable TV for this purpose. Its also absolutely absurd that we must wait 5+ days to be able to watch an episode bc i dont have a cable company ‍♀️ I LOVE Telemundo but I HATE cable Tv

La aplicación se traba mucho, suben episodios repetidos de las telenovelas, el Día de hoy me metí a la aplicación para ver el capitulo de AMOR Y TRAICIÓN de ayer día 23 de FEBRERO DEL 2023 y el que iba en esa fecha pusieron el mismo episodio del 22 DE FEBRERO, pensé que era mi teléfono el que no estaba actualizando nada y era la aplicación no es el primer inconveniente que tengo. Espero lo puedan solucionar pronto por que la verdad las novelas con AKIN AKINOZU son buenísimas! Like some but is too far left in politics and is not fair to the right , I think if if you want the people to see your news please make fair we live in this country and we want what is best to our country so give the news neutral on politics and make sure that not all of us should listen a Chanel that is only beneficial to some people or party ,Even if we disagree with the right side we like to hear you are doing your job right and fare ,.’Also you only show horrible things that is happening out there .I hate to hear people vomiting more crime on the streets why don’t we hear from your news what is the good news so people do not copy the horrendous crime and all over again day by day . EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I use the app to watch a program casting onto Chromecast, after roughly 45 min (essentially every episode), the connection falls through and I have to recast. And it isn’t the device’s fault as I cast from other apps (Netflix, Hulu) and I never ever have this issue. Oh, but it NEVER FAILS to show me 5000 commercials without a single technical fail.

Furthermore, there’s no way someone can scroll through a list of episodes to see the one they want to catch up with. You’d basically have to watch each and every single episode if you want to catch the one you want.

In all, an absolute trash app. You’d be better off DVRing your favorite tv show and catching up there than through this poorly hobbled together rubbish you call an app. Funny, this trash app just happens to be for all the Spanish language programming. I haven’t run into this issue using any of the other NBC related programming apps. Makes you think how little NBC thinks of the people who would use this app

Es una vaina primero que quitaran la ley del corazón de la televisión. Luego buscar que había pasado y buscar donde verla. Encuentro clips en YouTube de 11 minutos. Al fin alguien dice en las redes que se baje la aplicación de Telemundo. Todo perfecto, se pudo ver hasta 40 capítulos sin ningún inconveniente, después de ahí me pide que elija mi proveedor de cable, pues que creen, no tengo, soy sola y solo tengo servicio de internet por la escuela. Para ser una línea hispana, no comprendo como no hacen por ayudar a familias que no tienen recursos, yo todavía tengo una iPad, pero mis vecinas, señoras mayores con una tv que no tiene para bajar aplicaciones, vienen a ver la novela aquí conmigo pero la insistencia de la sociedad que todos tengan tv con capacidad de aplicaciones, con cable, a fuerza hay que tener tecnología en casa, me parece injusto y violacion a forzar o intimidar personas de latercera edad a obtener todo esto. No se vale que Telemundo no piense en los más vulnerables, los necesitados y más en esta pandemia donde todos encerrados. Por Julio Vaqueiro y Felicidad es la única razón que los sigo viendo. Vergüenza de canal siendo hispano.

On September 30th or October 1st, Telemundo Now deleted a majority of episodes of el senor de Los cielos 6 and randomly left episodes 21-41 available to watch and NOTHING ELSE. I am no where near close to finishing the season. This happened EXACTLY ONE DAY after I discovered that accessing the TV link on telemundo.com brought me to the telemundo now that I had been using on my phone where I could access all episodes. I had only been watching on my phone at the gym because telemundo.com for some reason was only offering the last 5 new episodes to be watched at a time! This has never been an issue! All 5 of the other seasons are available to watch so why isn’t 6?! It just ended a week ago if that even had something to do with it given the fact the first 5 seasons are available to stream! Please put back the episodes, I have a TV login. It makes no sense to me unless this a glitch because if the episodes were to expire, why all expect 21-41 and not the first 10 then another 10 or something more sensical. Telemundo Now online was better than the app because it had English captioning which helps me for some of the fast talkers and accents. Fix this please this can’t be purposeful.

La aplicación está más o menos por que puedes mirar los capítulos de las telenovelas que quieras mirar, sin embargo tienes que usar un proveedor de internet para mirar las así que no es gratis como dicen. La novela Hercai la comencé a mirar y los primeros capítulos fueron gratis, pero cuando llegue al capítulo 10 ya no me dejaron seguir mirando la telenovela. Decía que contactará con la app de Telemundo para que arreglaran mi problema pero a un no lo an echo. Me da pena por que no pude seguir utilizando la app a un que me había gustado mucho cuando podía mirar los capítulos de Hercai amor y venganza gratis y sin ningún problema.

Perdón perdón perdón Univisión! Me quejaba de los dos comerciales de 15 segundos que pasan 3 o 4 veces durante un capítulo de mi novela! Pero no había tenido la malísima experiencia de intentar ver una con Telemundo donde cada 2 minutos pasan 3 minutos de comerciales! Se congela cada 45 segundos y lo peor es que cuando se descongela, ya se brincó la parte donde estaba. O sea, me pierdo parte del diálogo porque si se me ocurre regresarme PASAN MÁS COMERCIALES y además se vuelve a congelar en al misma parte. Apenas hoy la descargué, no llevo ni la mitad de un capítulo y ya estoy pensando en borrarla. Le daría cero estrellas si se pudiera

Con 'Univisión Now' puedo ver la programación en vivo pero con 'Telemundo Now' sólo repeticiones on demand.

Por más que intenté NUNCA pude ver ni un vídeo. Cuando daba play me salía un aviso de ERROR y no explicaba cómo solucionarse. Pésimo!

It doesn't keep where you left your show, after you see like 4 ads and realize you need to forward you have to watch ads again.

i go to click on a show and it says i'm not an authorized user but i have that channel and can watch it on my regular tv so i don't like that i came watch it on the app

Have compared the subtitling of the Mariposa del Barrio from my Xfinity box versus casting from the app. The app subtitles are usually off. Not sure if it's formatting or another tech issue.

I have dish and the subscription of telemundo but it says I don't won't let me anything. Was working before it crashed cause it said high levels technical try again later you guys have to fix it

Univision has live TV why doesn’t Telemundo have that function? Makes zero sense. You’re selling your clients short. Every channel has Live TV function so there’s no excuse except that you don’t value your customers.

Ya no puedo ver ningún capítulo de mis novelas ! Siempre sale que hay un error que lo vuelva a intentar, pero no se arregla nada y no puedo ver ya ninguna cosa en esta aplicación ni en la de novelas también!

I keep getting a "not an authorized user" sign that interrupts me from watching the episode I want to see I'm stuck from watching The episodes I emailed the app and they send me some steps to help but it didint work either I'm reading the reviews and I'm not he only one it happens to

I love this app but the connection they chrome-cast is really bad if you are watching an episode and it ends you have to disconnect the app completely from the tv to get it to play again, sometimes it takes to restart the whole app to get it to work, they need to update the compatibility with chrome cast

I have DIRECTV provider and actually have Telemundo, I was perfectly watching on my mobile decide until one afternoon was a message saying I didn't have that channel and need to contact my provider.. I did and they said I need to contact the app customer service because I have that with them, I contacted Telemundo now support and they sent me a few steps to help I did but didn't work, I resend already 3 emails and still not getting any help! NOT GOOD
