Wilson, a lawyer and to a certain Dr. Teddy Smith who claimed to be a bank officer of CTIBANK, London. Dr Teddy Smith of CITIBank London is it true that a certain Dr. James Smith is a dopositor of 4.6 M us dollars in your bank? Is it true that a certain Lawyer, Richard Wilson of Dakar, Senegal has already sent to your office a copy of the POwer of Attorney and Affidavit signed by MIss Silvia Zanda, daughter of late Dr. James Zanda?
