We pay credit card monthly, with no past due amount. Last statement included erroneously previous balance of $3,267.92 I called the credit card bank and they refused to remove this amount. This is Costco Visa threw Citi Bank

Statement Date: billing period: 06/20/2024 to 07/17/2024

7/28/2024 called Citi bank at fraud no. [protected]

Costco membership no: [protected]

Representive removed late charges and refused to remove erronleous amt. I called again a few minutes ago and no response to my call.

Claimed loss: $3,267.92

Desired outcome: Remove erroneous charge

After consistently paying your credit card on time, dealing with this kind of error is disheartening. Despite contacting their fraud number and getting late charges removed, it's disappointing that the erroneous amount wasn't addressed.

Trying to reach out again and not receiving a response only adds to the frustration. Keep pushing for a resolution, and don't hesitate to escalate the issue if necessary.
