So on March 27 I walked into one of your stores in Valley Alabama and purchased a fountain drink! Before getting the ice and drink I looked into my cup as always to be sure it was clean and it was so I continued to get the ice and drink paid for it and left the store! And on the way home I drank it as usual! I thought it had a little different taste to it but figured it was bc it may had been running low or something! So I get home and go on about some thing I had to do around the house! About an hour later I grabbed my cup to refill it and surprise the cup was full of mold! I felt ok at that point but I still tried to reach out to your manager of the store to let them know but no call back I even posted it on FB thinking maybe someone would see it and contact me back! Still nothing well by the night time got here I was sick at my stomach with diarrhea and feeling like I was going to throw up! I check the post I made and noticed a lady had been tagged in the post that was your district manager and I friend requested her and sent her a message tell her what happened and asked her to call me still nothing and so I do not know what else to do to get a hold of somebody other than this! I have spoken with an attorney about it and if I can’t get something done here a case will be filed in court to get something done! I was out of work for a week sick as a dog bc they didn’t do there job and have those machines inspected and cleaned properly and you guys don’t think enough of your customers to even return their calls or messages! My next plan of action is to file a lawsuit in court on you! I’m in the process of contacting the health department and who ever else it takes to get this fixed!
