Everyone in my family has a fuel rewards card that we use every time we fill up. Earlier this week my husband did not get a receipt. It happened again to me so I went in and asked for my receipt from the cashier. I asked why they were not printing out receipts and she shrugged her shoulders, no idea. I looked at my receipt and I did not get my 5 cent per gallon reward and asked to be reimbursed because I was told at the pump that it registered and I would receive it. Well the manager overheard and came over and said that from now on everyone who wants to use their FUEL reward card they have to go onto the app and designate it for FUEL, on the FUEL CARD, that the purchase is for FUEL? and no receipt because they're tricking you that you would have received it and can't see the invisible receipt to see otherwise! DECEPTIVE PRACTICE AND WE ARE DONE WITH circle k

Recommendation: DECEPTIVE PRACTICE-avoid these stores
