Choice Home Warranty review: Repair of water heater (fails to light and no hot water)

Called for svc but that took 8 hours and never talked with a person
They service was set for 10 day out... (are you kidding?) and the company they chose was 1hr 21min (83 miles away) I live in the main city)

I called and called with waits of 30 to 50+ minutes before the line dropped.

The case mgr never calls back in the said 60 minutes, (she took between 3hr and one day) and she never had voice mail as she would report.

I used my own service and fought for them to pay me vis their expensive person.. but they NEVER paid.

When trying to call after the letter of no payment,,,, they NEVER picked up the phone and did not get call backs.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY...!
