I started my insurance policy with Oxford in August. I paid for liability and SR-22 insurance. It's now October, and I called them on the 16th to report that I was in an accident. A week later, I received a letter in the mail stating that my policy is canceled because I didn't report that I do Uber. I wasn't even given a chance to undergo a new policy with them. They literally just canceled my policy, and now I'm driving around not knowing if my insurance is active until further notice or what. I've called Oxford Auto and American Alliance, and neither were any help. I would like a full refund on everything I paid to them since I was only insured for 2 months before getting canceled.

This is my current situation. I am paying my insurance, and I hope they are quick with the procedures. It was a hassle to change the workshop on May 14, and they didn't even inform me that it was already changed to Metro Collision. They gave me an appointment for today, July 15, but when I arrived, they refused to accept my car because they didn't have any record of it and said I owe them too much money. It's not my fault, and I'm really upset about their laziness and slowness. It's their responsibility to update the workshop information. Preferred Auto Body still has the check, and it seems like they are negligent. I need them to send the check to my house.

My car was in an accident on October 8th. I called and filed a claim, and the company came and picked up my car in October. I didn't hear anything from them for months, so I called. They denied my claim because I didn't mention that my boyfriend lived in the house with me at the time. He wasn't there because he was incarcerated. They needed proof of his incarceration, so I sent that over. Now another month has passed, and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I've been calling and emailing, but I still can't get through. Finally, on December 8th, I was able to get through and asked how my car got from the accident site to my house. I told them I had it towed, and now they need the tow receipts. I sent that over, and now I'm being charged an additional premium of $3200 because I didn't mention my boyfriend living in the house when I renewed my policy. But that has nothing to do with anything because he doesn't drive my car since his license is revoked. Now he's saying he's trying to get the premium down, which I feel shouldn't even be applied. When I talked to them on December 8th, it is now January 4th, a whole another year, and I still haven't gotten things straight with my car. No updates, no emails, no calls, nothing. These people are taking their time with my claim. I'm frustrated because I don't have a way to get around and get my kids back and forth to school because they're taking their time and not even concerned about my claim. They are being very unprofessional.

I bought insurance from Oxford Insurance Group. I paid a down payment of over *** and the first month was supposed to be *** a month for 2 vehicles. But then they sent me a cancellation letter, saying they didn't want to cover my vehicles. I called and they said the insurance didn't want to cover me. So I found insurance somewhere else. On April 14th, I asked about my down payment refund and they said I would receive it in the mail in *** days. But on April 18th, Oxford called and said the insurance company would keep me if I paid an additional ***. I told them I found insurance with another company and they said okay. Today is June 21st and I called about my refund. The Oxford rep said I had to come in to cancel my policy, but how can I cancel a policy I don't have since they dropped me? When they asked me to come in and put an additional deposit, I said no thank you. So they basically stole my deposit, which is not fair and unprofessional, especially in these hard times. They are a bunch of scammers. I would never recommend anyone to go with Oxford Insurance Group.

Claim number: *** My name is *** and I wanna complain 'bout Oxford Insurance company in ***, ***. On March 11, 2022, I got in a hit and run accident and my car got messed up real bad. Right after the accident, my dad rushed me to the *** 'cause my arm got sprained from the crash. When my dad came back to the scene, the *** towed my car 'cause it was in the middle of the intersection. The *** gotta tow cars within 45 minutes after an accident, they say. While I was at the ***, I called my insurance company to file a claim for the hit and run. But 'cause it was Friday evening, they were closed at 4:00 P.M. and I couldn't get much info from 'em. On Monday, I called 'em again 'bout my accident and they said I gotta pay for the tow fees, they ain't gonna cover 'em. The original price was $1200, but I only had $900 to give 'em. After I paid, it took 'em a few days to get my car from the tow lot, even though they said they'd pick it up within *** hours. Since then, I still ain't got my car back. It's been almost 3 months since the accident. A month after the accident, I had to quit my job 'cause I couldn't get around without a car. I'm also studying for my Masters in Science of Nursing at *** and I've missed over 12 hours of clinical time 'cause I can't commute from ***, *** to *** on the Northside of ***. They forgot to file claims for several parts that needed fixing, like my airbags and windows, and it took 'em weeks to get 'em.
