Chipotle Mexican Grill - Thank you healthcare hero coupon for free burrito denied

Hello My name is Laura Johnson RN CIC,
185 Forestview dr Elgin IL, 60120, [protected].
I qualified as a nurse for you Healthcare hero nurses day free burrito. Yesterday I tried to use my thank you healthcare hero coupon I received for nurses day. My Promo code is 688KXC4. I was asked if I had used it before or shared my code. No I am a nurse of 39 years. I do not lie. It was very embarrassing. I was also not treated very nicely. They implied I was trying to steal.
I was refused my code and told it does not work. I landed up paying 10.46$ for my burrito.
If you are going to offer something for free to hard working nurses than you have to honor it. I work hard and didn't intend on spending that much money for lunch.
Please refund my money or send a new code with a new expiration date.
