Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was about halfway done with my chipotle, eating it on a road trip & found an ant/bug on the cheese/lettuce. I got sick that night with diarrhea every few hours & only ate that for the whole day (a late lunch). Very upset about this since i'm on vacation for a week with my family. I'm hoping I won't be sick for any other days. I ended up killing the ant and green goo (as if it was eating the lettuce) came out so I threw away the rest of the bowl.
