I am totally exhausted disgusted with cheap o air I have called tens of times from Tehran iran to get one problem resolved with no result, horrible ugly experience, my wifes booking number is50909853, and my boi donot and will not recommend cheapoair to anyone, horrible terrible experiance, they have told me mrs sylvia by thursday issues will be resolved

CheapOair myticket and my wife's ticket

CheapOair didn't offer refund or alternative options when flight was cancelled - very poor customer service

On April 30, 2018 I purchased two airline tickets using the online travel agency www.cheapoair.com for flights departing Beirut on February 23, 2019.
I purchased these tickets well in advance of our anticipated travel and also chose an itinerary based on our specific and special needs.
Then on September 7, 2018 I purchased a third ticket for another traveler who will be accompanying us on this specific route.

Since purchasing these tickets, we have received email notifications of minor schedule changes which did not impact our plans.
However, on November 14, 2018 we received two (one for each booking) notifications of a schedule change affecting our flights.
The email provided a new itinerary and instructions to "review and accept the new itinerary as soon as possible."
You are also advised that "The airline's offer is only available for a limited time. Please act quickly."
They also provided instructions as follows:
Once you Accept the airline's new itinerary:
We will confirm that the flights are still available, and then issue you a new ticket and updated confirmation. If the proposed flights are no longer available, one of our travel specialists will work with you to find alternate options.
If you wish to Decline:
Please call CheapOair as soon as possible. An associate will work with you find an option that better suits your needs, if the suggested itinerary conflicts with your travel plans.
Contact Us if you need assistance:

IMPORTANT: If you decline the option that the airline has offered, a CheapOair specialist will attempt to locate alternate flights for you, but there is no guarantee that the airline will confirm the other options. You may lose the entire value of your non-refundable ticket.
If we do not receive a response from you, we will not be able to re-issue your ticket(s). This may lead to the airline cancelling your booking, in which case CheapOair.com will not be liable for any losses.
In addition to working with CheapOair, you can also contact the airline directly .

At this point I first called the airline to confirm that the email was legitimate because I was worried about loosing our ticket. The airline confirmed the change and advised me to call cheapOair.
I called cheapOair and spoke to an agent who again confirmed the change. They said that no other flights were operating to our chosen destination and that this was the only available flight.
Out of fear of loosing our ticket, and with no other options, I reluctantly accepted the changes.

The next day I spoke to my travel companions and advised them of the changes at which point we looked over the itinerary.
We discovered that the new flight conflicted with our special needs which was the reason we choose the original itinerary.
I called cheapOair back and they said any further changes would incur additional charges and penalties.
I inquired about the price to make the changes, unfortunately the new price was more expansive than buying 3 new tickets.
Looking online for options, I discovered that cheapOair had deceived us with their intimidating email and lack of customer service when I called.
According to the UK Civil Aviation Authority Regulation (EC) No 261-2004 and the British Airways terms & conditions, anytime a flight is cancelled, the option to refund the ticket should be provided.
This is from British Airways:
Passengers whose flight is cancelled, shall have the choice of either:
- Re-routing, under comparable transport conditions, to the final destination of the ticket presented at check-in at the
earliest opportunity or at a later date at the passenger's convenience, subject to availability; or
- A refund payable to the person who purchased the ticket. This applies to the part or parts of the journey not flown.

Had this option been provided, we would have purchased new tickets for an itinerary which meets our requirements.
I called cheapOair and inquired about this issue. They said since I accepted the new itinerary, there is nothing they could do.
I was outraged because they never proposed these options to me, so I contacted British Airways.
British Airways confirmed that I should have been offered a refund, but since the ticket was purchased from cheapOair, I would need to resolve it through them.
Again I contacted cheapOair and spoke to a manager. I explained to him the situation and he said he would look into it.
After a few days, he advised that British Airways is not accepting to offer a refund and they were also not able to provide a refund.
In the meantime, I had been in contact with Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (www.cedr.com) which handles disputes for many organizations, among them British Airways.
They also advised that my issue was with cheapOair and not British Airways and therefor they would not process my dispute.

As it stands, I currently have no options being stuck in the middle between British Airways and cheapOair, each party saying the other is responsible.
But for me, neither one of them fully advised me of my rights. CheapOair used very intimidating and deceptive wording in their email and the agent I spoke failed to provide any options.
And British Airways is not taking responsibility for their own terms and conditions and not effectively ensuring their travel agents fully advise their clients of their rights.
Effectively I have three tickets which are of almost no use to us.

CheapOair flight

I needed to book a flight yesterday (28 th October), for my daughter and boyfriend whom found out her airline had gone bankrupt. It started with a call to a nice sales agent, and he said he would put the flight I expressed interest in ( Lot airlines flight 332, from Paris, to Toronto via Warsaw), onto hold for 30 minutes while I confirmed info with my daughter, he quoted me$1003.88 ( if it was cDn or used was not mentioned) and said he would call me back in 30 minutes. He took my number, but no other details. I waited 39 minutes ( he never did call back) and called the main line again, and got hold of Andreas, who was very nice too, but he said there were only 2 spots left and the price was now almost $1, 500 cdn. I told him the price was so much more and he was able to apply a discount that got it down to $1, 467.85. We got cut off, and Andreas had an associate call me back. He put the order together but it took so long to finalize, I have no idea why it took so many times being put on hold. I made a mistake when giving my email, well that seems to be a disaster, it seems all the employees are bogged down with rules, I never could get them to change it, in spite of him telling me he had sent a $50 voucher, and I never got a receipt of purchase. The next step I was transferred to the verification dept. they took a bunch of info, and when he realized I didn't have the correct email address he transferred me, and all that information I gave was wasted, because I wasn't transferee back, so I had to get transferred back and go thru the process again. Well you have so many rules about paying for someone else, I was away on vacation, so I wasn't home, well they said I had to be at the telephone # listed on my banking credit card. Lots more put on hold and even told I would be called back, and finally I was told I could call my bank and change the telephone number on account to my cell, or send an official email from work, indicating I authorized the purchase. Finally I sent from my phone the email, lucky I could do from my phone! I started the process at just after 6.00 pm, and it was after 11 pm, and I still didn't have an official answer if it was approved? Now I have my daughter who doesn't know if she can get on the flight, and should see go to the airport, and I can't tell her for sure yes, because the email from CCV which I received in acknowledgement of my sent email was never answered. I was interrupted in sleep as the flight departed 4.45 am our time. Ruined my nights sleep, and ruined my entire evening, and it cost me at least $$250 and possibly $950 plus ( depending on if the original amount if it was U.Sd or Canadian. ). I feel I should be compensated in some way for my anguish! My booking # was [protected]. My email I used yesterday was kitchen.[protected]@sheratonparkway.com. I can be better reached at this email. CheapOair not existing flight with non existing seats

We paid for the flight and upgraded seats. The flight was cancelled along with the seats. There is no way to return the money. Contacted customer service several times. The message says that the waiting time is 15 sec. In reality, they put you on hold for 30 minutes or so. They refused to transfer you to supervisor. Never got the money back regardless of the promise to process the refund 1. Whiting 48 hours. 2. On certain date. 2. On another certain date and another... Total fraud. Selling nothing but exactly what they advertised: AIR, AIR and AIR but NOT CHEAP AIR! Contacted executives of the company. No difference. The so called VP of Customer Service selling AIR give you the promise to refund the money but leave you with the AIR and nothing else.

Dear but not so dear CheapOair Customer Care. We have never ever bought tickets for United through your company . You sold us tickets for LOT. This is a Polish airline and has nothing to do with the American airline. Now, you put the dirt of so called accounting process of LOT on the United that has nothing to do with our booking. There is no surprise. This is the response from the people listing here: https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/fareportal/ -

"Generally when an airline cancels a flight thief seat assignment fees are non-refundable."

The question is who is the thief in this situation? Of course it is not you or LOT. It is me who booked the seat or the United that never mentioned in the booking. And this the answer from so called "Global Vice President Customer Excellence " (yes, "excellence") saying "We are processing the refund today", We never ever got our money back. I guess we have to contact the United now. Such a fraud!

CheapOair asking for a refund with a medical certificate!

i've been calling to cheapoair customer services for months because i bought a ticket with them and for medical reasons i wont be able to fly, i am asking for a refund, I even have the medical certificate that i have been offering many times to send them but nobody replies or solve my issue.

I have been told that they are sending my case to an special department and they will reply in one week, it is 6 months now waiting for a solution.

the last time I call them was today and after talking with 3 agents the last one just hang up the call without any explanation

I feel really offended, they are just wasting my time and they will keep my money!

My Booking # is [protected] from Cheap O Air. within minutes of making my booking I called Cheap O air to cancel my booking on Air Asia as the return flight afforded not enough time for completing my meeting.The team that I was going to have the meeting cancelled the meeting Subsequently I have made # of calls to Cheap O Air and requested a refund for my flight. I have been shuttled from one department to the other and been repeatedly told that it is very difficult to get through to Air Asia the Airlines. I was at that time told that someone would get back to me a in a few hours. Since it has now been over 12 hours, I called back and was answered by a person out of Ukraine. She told me that they are trying to get info from the Airline.
It is really interesting that to book a ticket it takes less than two minutes, but for a refund on cancellation, it has been 12 hours and now I have been told to wait 24 hours! Wow.!
Can anyone help? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANY TRAVEL NEEDS

CheapOair air ticket

I have booked ticket from Montreal, CANADA to Delhi, INDIA. The airlines is British Airways. At the time of check in they told me that They cannot allow me to take flight because my canadian visa is expired and that's why i cannot stay at london withou canadian visa.
I didn't know about this .
When I talk to your customer service of cheap oair they refused me to give refund and also they refused my return ticket also.
I am very disappointed with the service of cheapoair.
Kindly give me refund for that loss.

CheapOair online booking

I booked a flight with CheapOair and was given economy tickets for a trip July 12-17th. The booking was ok although I had more charges than what it quoted me. However, when I called with questions about my itinerary, I was treated poorly. A man I spoke with acted so bored with his job that he made me feel as if I was just another caller. I understand that when you book with online companies like this, you are getting a discounted rate but it feels a little like Rosa Parks being asked to sit at the back of the bus in my opinion. I will chose just to book through the airline for my next trip and see if anything changes.

CheapOair tickets reservation

I bought tickets from CheapOair online. When I have bought tickets I haven't seen anywhere travel conditions. I have reached to airport at 17th August. I was stopped at check in service where I told your son passport left only four months valid and we need at least 6 month valid with Pegasus. When I booked tickets didn't accept any terms and conditions like that actually didn't see anywhere while I was booking tickets. After sitting at airport for whole day and having conversations three to four hours with cheapOair and Pegasus was told you can't travel today. Then cheapOair supervisor told me we will request to Pegasus to change the dates for travel and you jut need to pay differences or penalty if Pegasus put. After whole week wait, calls and long holds I came to know today cheapOair can't offer any refund or change of travel dates. My whole holidays have been wasted after all this process. Since a week keep calling cheapOair to resolve this matter. I have been kept on hold for ages during calls. My call went through all other countries apart from uk from where I am originally and booked ticket and sometime even felt difficult to understand because of language barrier. I became depressed because of all this situation.

CheapOair clumsy website leading to mistakes & false claims

1. On 20th Aug'18 I booked the Return Tickets for SFO - BOM under Booking ID [protected] on your WebSite https://www.cheapoair.com 09th Aug - 26th Aug today at 02:32 PM.
2. There has been TOO many options coming on Webpage post booking which led to confusion and I might have clicked something which led the change in date to 08th Aug - 26th Aug today at 02:35 PM.
3. I called your call center immediately and requested to re-store the Original Booking option (09th Aug - 26th Aug today) which cost me $ 119.45, as I do not have any option I selected same.
4. While as of now by 03:35 PM today at your Website the ticket cost for both options is showing $ 698.16 for both options 09th Aug - 26th Aug as well as 08th Aug - 26th Aug ( Screen Shots are attached)
5. Even while payment it would also not take the Promo code published at your website " Limited Time Offer: Take up to $50* Off! Use promo Code LC50"

I should be charged only $ 661.51 ( $ 698.16 Ticket + $ 12.90 Premium Support Package - $50 for LC50 ) . Kindly review above and respond to ensure FAIR practices.

CheapOair flight/itinerary

On 7/17/18, I booked a one-way trip from NBO to CMH using my mother's, Alice W. Ndegwa's credit card. Columbus, Ohio was my final destination. I selected the cheapest ticket available which was Emirates at $1, 057/person. I bought 3 tickets for myself and my two sons (14 and 7 years old). I noted that there would be an airport change in Washington DC but I wasn't concerned because I was sure that:

1. My International luggage would make its way to my final destination
2. I'd be given a travel voucher to change airports.

However, none of the above happened. When we arrived at Washington Dulles, I was advised by American Airlines that they couldn't give me a travel voucher to Washington Reagan because they were not at fault. They advised me to call the 3rd party company, cheapOAir. CheapOAir completely refused to issue me with a travel voucher stating that I knew there was an airport change. I paid $54 for the shuttle to take us from Dulles to Reagan.

What was most shocking and aggravating is the fact that CheapOair knew this is an international flight, yet they provided an itinerary/flight that required we collect all our 6 luggages from Dulles, exit the airport and check back in as domestic passengers in Reagan airport! It was so exhausting, cumbersome and frustrating with 2 children but that was not the worst of it.

When we went to check in at the American Airlines kiosk, the Crew told me that I had to pay $200 for my luggage because I was now traveling as a domestic passenger. WHY? Why would CheapoOAir provide such a flight when they can see clearly that it's an international flight with 2 CHILDREN?!

It was the worst flying experience of my life!
1. I demand a refund of the $54 I used for the shuttle bus

2. I demand a refund for the pain and anguish I went through changing airports and checking back in. For the hours I wasted trying to call cheapoair but they disconnected my calls every time! For the fatigue my children suffered in those 10 hours we spent in Washington waiting for our 730pm flight to our final destination. And for all the tears I shed that day, begging American Airlines to waive the $200 luggage fees!

Failure to adhere to these demands will result in my reporting your company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), the Ohio State Attorney General's office and every Consumer organization in the US. I will never use your company again.

And one more thing! I had already provided you the booking confirmation number at the top of my original complaint. So why are you asking for it again! Is this a delay tactic? READ VERY CAREFULLY! CALL ME IN THE US AT [protected] TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER OR I WILL PUT CHEAPOAIR OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD.

You keep calling my mother’s number [protected] in Kenya. I am in the USA and my number is [protected]. This shows cheapoair’s ineptness, lack of intelligence and customer service. Haven’t I mentioned that I travelled into the US? So why are you calling a Kenyan number?

Secondly, I have already told you that I will NEVER use your services again. What makes you think I need your $50 voucher? CALL ME DIRECTLY ST [protected]. This issue is not resolved!

CheapOair fraud, won't let me take my return flight

I have booked a return flight for two people, from Guangzhou to London through CheapOair's website. The Philippians airlines flight information during the booking and in the confirmation email contained the statement that the flight was non-refundable, and non-changeable. But I couldn't make it to the departure flight on 6th of August 2018, and I called the customer service and the airline 3 days earlier to inform them about that, and to see if there was anything could be done to change the date of departure by paying extra fees. The CheapOair didn't accept to help at all in the beginning and blamed it all on the airline, and only after I contacted the airlines and got confirmation from them that it could be changed to a later date, they accepted to contact the airline and we had a conference call (airline agent, cheapoair agent, and I) for an hour while I was dialing an international call, trying to resolve the issue, but finally the dates available were not suitable for my traveling plans, and I gave up on the departure flight, but asked to maintain the return flight as it on August 24th 2018 which is non-changeable and non-refundable. Then on the 6th of August after the departure flight was gone, I went to the airlines office in Guangzhou to secure my return flight as I have booked a new departure flight. Then they told me it was still OK in the system, but it might get forfeited since my departure flight status was "NO SHOW" as they said, while I have already informed them that I was not going to make it, and advised me to ask the agency "CheapOair" to reissue my ticket to solve this problem, and it would be without any extra charges. But after long chats on their website and long phone calls with their agents, CheapOair has refused to help in anyway, after they told me that since I missed the departure flight, my return flight is automatically forfeited according to AIRLINE POLICY. After that no one informed me of this policy, not before the booking, nor after the booking, nor after I called to inform them that I couldn't make it to my departure flight, but until the departure flight was gone already. And after long conversation and arguments, they finally couldn't get rid of me until they told me that some higher manager or supervisor will contact me, after they used up literally every trick in the book trying to decline me. Later I got one call from someone claiming to be the supervisor, and asked me some questions, then after claiming that she understood my compliant, she said that she needed to check the call record to confirm that their agent never informed me of that policy, to confirm that it was their responsibility and try to do something about it, and she would call me back. And since then I haven't heard from them. There are still 13 days until the date of my return flight, which I paid for, but can not get on, because the people responsible for providing the service are declining to do so. I just want secure my return flight which I paid for and confirmed under booking reference /CheapOair Booking: [protected] /

CheapOair EXCESSIVE FEE FOR BOOKING # 4661179

BOUGHT A RT ATL/USA to TOULOUSE, FRANCE. t

The return flight was scheduled on August 28, 2018.

Due to a ffinally asked to pay $amily emergency, I need to get back to the USA prior to that date, namely within the next 2 weeks.

The call center in New Dehli provided very POOR SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAILED TO RETURN CALLS AS PROMISED, DID NOT HAVE THE LOGISTICS TO CARRY THE WORKLOAD WITH SLOW OR NON WORKING COMPUTERS, then I was finally asked to pay an EXCESSIVE ONE TIME ENTRY FEE FOR THE REBOOKING IN THE AMOUNT OF $1350.

FORMAL COMPLAINTS COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED TODAY AGAINST CHEAPOAIR WITH THE USA STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES LISTED BELOW AND THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN REQUESTED AT ONCE< SINCE YOUR CALL CENTER IN NEW DEHLI HAS UTTERLY FAILED IN DOING SO:

CheapOair airline tickets

I purchase a round-trip through CheapOair for my mother from Fort Lauderdale to Puerto Rico and back. When I looked at the details of the trip, it said she was leaving Fort Lauderdale with JetBlue and returning with JetBlue, but after I paid the itinerary change and said she's leaving with JetBlue coming back with Spirit Airlines. Today she was supposed to fly back but Spirit Airlines did not allow her to get on the plane, My mother is an elderly person and it's really sick and they made her sit down for 2 hours and did nothing. I called CheapOair to see how can they fix this and they believe the airline did not believe a word I said, their solution to this problem was to give me $8 refund and some sort of discount card valid for the next 90 days for 25 or $30. CheapOair air tickets bought online

I bought three economy class tickets on cheapoAir to Bangalore, India on June 15, 2018 and about an hour later it dawned on me that there was a 5 hour layover in Mumbai on my return trip back to US. The rules were very straightforward and it said 24 hours free cancellation. But upon repeated requests cheapoAir agents kept refusing to honor that part of the deal and insisted on seeing the rules that stated 24 Hour Free Cancellation. This is so far fetched that CheapoAir wouldn't know about their own rules. I took a screen shot of the web page where it stated that and sent it over to them and I knew all along I was fighting a losing battle because there was no way I could go book another reservation without resolving the one I was fighting about. The following day they responded late in the day acknowledging the error on their part and suggesting that I may cancel now. What did they think I am? Some [censored] who was born yesterday that I would now cancel my reservation and hope to God I would get the same reservation I gave up the day before? I was infuriated to say the least. Here I was a woman travelling with two 8 yr olds all by myself and now looking at the prospect of keeping the kids in check from Midnight until 5:00 What CheapoAir has done is morally wrong and I am not going to stand for it. I will go every Atty General's office and seek justice. I want half my fare refunded for insulting me and making me suffer. Unless outfits like this are taught a lesson they will never treat people right. This has to stop and CheapoAir is in the wrong. I wish I had read all the complaints against them online before I bought the tickets from them. I want to do something about this and I am not resting until I get them to fork out my money. It is an insult to a country such as Canada that they have business such as this operating there.

CheapOair the proper information wasn't given

I purchased a ticket from Cheap O Air and wasn't able to travel...when I called to get a refund I was told I lost the money for my ticket instead of the fact that I had a year from date of issue to reuse the ticket...I am disappointed that I wasn't given that information...Now the date has passed and I am unable to use it...this is not acceptable and i would like something resolved because if I knew I would have been able to use the ticket...

CheapOair refund

On 17 April 2018 I was on flight 2755 from Nassau to Toronto, should have connected Toronto to London Gatwick . My name is Jacquelyn Steed and I booked my travel arrangements vial Cheapoair - booking confirmation [protected] on Feb 12 2018.
The purpose of my trip was to attend a 1 day seminar on April 19th hosted by ICA and return to Bahamas on April 20th.
Due to the cancellation by Westjest of flight 2755 and me not being able to catch a flight out the same day to to lack of timely processing, I could not make the conference which started 8:30 am London time on 19th April.

As a consequence of the foregoing, I requested from CheapOair a full refund on April 17th/18th 2018. I was advised that I would receive a refund in the amount of 389.72 - which as at today's date I have not yet received. Yesterday I received notification from CheapOair that they would credit my account for $152 - which I am not clear what this small refund is for as I paid 896.06 for trip to London via Westjet with return flight via two other flight carriers.

CheapOair illegal and fraudulent behaviour - refuse to honor their own t&cs and refused to process re-booking

I made the unfortunate error of booking flights for my son and I through this terrible website from Istanbul to London August 2017 on Turkish Airlines. I subsequently cancelled the flights, paid the cancellation fees, and was informed that I had the value of the tickets ($420.42) as credit which I can use towards a rebooking within one year. It is now June 2018 and I have tried to rebook flights using the credit that I have but CheapOair are refusing to honor their own T&Cs!
The cancellation email I received from them literally states the following: "Once the booking is canceled, you will have a $420.42 credit with Turkish Airlines, valid for one year from the original date of issue... When you use the credit, there will be an airline penalty of $100.00 per person, plus any applicable fare difference. This credit is non-transferable and non-refundable, and may only be used by the person(s) name don the original ticket..."
I am a person named on the original ticket and I am the one asking for a rebooking using the $420.42 of credit available, since my son is incapable of travel. CheapOair are claiming that I only have $210 to use (!) and that, otherwise, this is treated "as a transfer". Nowhere in the cancellation email does it say that the available credit is to be apportioned 50-50 between my son and I. Their T&C's literally spell out that I have the whole $420.42 to use. Nowhere in their T&Cs does it say that the amount has to be used by both or all persons named on the original ticket and not one of them. It literally uses the term "person(s)" which denotes either one or more persons.
I have wasted hours on the phone with their customer service team to no avail. They are very unhelpful and just repeat the same thing over and over again, in that this is transfer (when it is clearly not!). At one point, a supervisor said they are happy to allow a rebooking with the full credit if I contact Turkish Airlines to get "a waiver code" (even though their T&Cs explicitly state that an rebooking should be handled through CheapOair and not through the airlines). I spoke to Turkish Airlines customer services who said that they never issue "waiver codes", that CheapOair should know that and know better than to suggest otherwise (!), and that this is CheapOair's problem and the least CheapOair can do is allow me to use the credit towards a new booking.
Relayed the message to CheapOair and, again, to no avail. It is literally like talking to a brick wall. I have wasted so much time being put on hold while their customer reps disappear for ages, before coming back to refer me to another rep (who once again places me on hold before making another referral).
This is the absolute worst level of customer service I have encountered with a travel agency before (and I am a very frequent flyer). I am reading out their own T&Cs for them and yet they refuse to honor them, and instead are making up terms after the fact (at one point, one of their customer reps explicitly said to me that I should not be reading the cancellation email that they sent "too literally"! This is a legal document, for crying out loud!).
I fail to understand how is this agency still allowed to operate despite their blatantly illegal and fraudulent behaviour. This is absolutely appalling.
Safe to say that I will never, ever be using this shameful excuse of a website ever again (and will make sure that I let everyone I know avoid it at all costs).

I am not trying to transfer it to another person and I have made that clear numerous times - I am the original person who is named on the original ticket and I am the one who want to make and use the rebooking. Person(s) means one or more persons on the original ticket, and I am a person on the original ticket. Plain and simple. Stop trying to make it sound like I am asking for something which I am not. Nowhere on the ticket does it say I am only entitled to use half of the amount. If that is the rule, it should state that in your T&Cs. You cannot make this up and try and impose it afterwards, because that is fraud and misrepresentation 101.
I have contacted Turkish Airlines and they told me this is for you to deal with, not them (and the Turkish Airlines customer rep said that CheapOair should not be referring their customers to the airlines to avoid dealing with their issues). Again, stop trying to push this onto others when this is CheapOair's fault. I cannot get over how unprofessional you guys are - at least own up to your mistakes!

Call number 6 - got hung up on again. I have spent 2 hours 28 minutes on the phone with CheapOair's customer services (not an exaggeration - I added up the time from my phone) with no solution whatsoever. Instead, CheapOair have: 1) insulted me (the customer service rep said I cannot read simple words); 2) offered a rebooking which involves me paying an extra $300+ (this is in addition to the $420.42 I paid them and which they are refusing to let me use towards my rebooking; I should mention that the flights I have looked up on their failure of a website before calling were for a total of $380); 3) refused to honor their own T&Cs; and 4) illegally took my money.
What a bunch of crooks. Anyone would be out of their right mind to even consider using their website ever again.

CheapOair ticket refund

I have requested a refund for a flight in which I did not book for. I have initially booked a flight from Winnipeg (YWG) to Vancouver (YVR) and they got the wrong date and wrong destination! They did not send me the confirmation until today which is 5 days after I had made the booking. I had to personally call to West jet to find out that my flight was incorrectly booked. I've contacted cheap o air 4-5 times to see if my issue could be resolved but none could be done. I have also contacted West Jet and they claim that their agreement is that only Cheap O Air has the authority to make any changes to the bookings. I am seriously upset with the service. Nobody should use this company and should have to go through this.
