JPMorgan Chase review: repeated calls to non-borrowers

I received about 20 calls from "Chase Auto Loans" regarding an autoo loan by my former wife from whom I have been divorced since 1998. I ahve filed a class action alwsuite in federal court in Phailadelphioa agaisnt J.P. Mrgan Chase Bank, N.A., Chase Auto Finance Corp and their collection agenct, Accounts Receivable Maintenance, Inc. ("ARM") regarding their vailation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the RICO for unlawful conspiracy through wire fraud to falsely identify ARM as "Chase Auto loans" and to call non-borrowers repeatedly in order to cause them to contact the Chase borrower and pressure them to pay their Chae auto loan in order to stop the calls to the non-borrowers. I would be interested in hearing from persons experiencing the same type problem.
