Cell C No or poor signal

I pay for my contract monthly however note times than not I am unable to connect to the internet because of poor or little signal. I think it is so unfair to pay for a service monthly and not get what you are paying for. I have to use my vodacom sim card to access the internet and emails. I want to cancel my contract, I am not getting what I am paying for.

Cell C disappearing airtime

I've just recharged my account with two R10 vouchers (R20)...and received R40 bonus airtime(R20 any-et bonus airtime+R20 on-net bonus airtime)
The first R10 voucher was to pay my R4 debt to cell c, After recharging the second voucher I tried buying data bundles(1Gig nite-bundles), But I recieved a message from cell c saying my transaction couldn't be processed.

As soon I tried checking my balance all my airtime was gone, I was left with bonus airtime only...even though my mobile data services was closed and no calls were made but still my airtime vanished

Cell C account billed incorrectly - [protected]

Hi

I took out a contract with Cell C last year in August. I was told its an all inclusive package that consist of limited free minutes, certain number of sms's and mms and 3GB. Total of package was R990.

I'm not told that my package is actually an open line and that my calls and data usage is billed extra from the normal package. My monthly payments now range from R1300 every month which I didn't sign up for.

Can someone please contact me to explain why my package has changed?

Cell C itc number

I'm struggling to get an itc number for the following number [protected] since 23 April 2019 the consultants name Sasha at Cell C Northern Cape Mall in Kimberley. On the 14 June 2019 the consultant assisted on following up and it came to the attention that Sasha hasn't done anything. Bradley informed me I'll receive the ITC number by Wednesday or the latest Thursday 20 June 2019 I'm still waiting. I've been told it takes 48 hours to get an ITC number but it's 2 months now I'm really disappointed. ID: [protected] WT Louw contact:[protected]

Cell C after I stopped and cancelled & paid a contract in full - cell c still debits my account month after month!

I cancelled & STOPPED all Contracts, I had with CELL C prior to us emigrating from South Africa.
I contacted CELL C, before we left, asked what I need to pay to PAY & Close all contracts. They quoted me, I then PAID R4 765.00 - 12March 2018, Emailed PROOF of Payment to: proofofpayment@cellc.co.za, using REF Recipient: [protected]

An entire Year all went well. - I was under the impression - ALL is stopped !
TO my SURPRISE, After 1 year, I saw CELL C just RANDOMLY started DEBITING my FNB Account in South Africa monthly.
I tried everything - I have asked the BANK to reverse the direct Debits, each time at a cost of R20 per transaction (that I need to pay). NEXT month its the same old story over & over again.

FNB says they can do nothing about it! I am trying to phone CELL C from Holland - can not manage to speak to anybody who could help me. !

I am so Frustrated - Money being STOLEN from me by Cell C.
Cell C uses a different Reference every month so the Direct Debit just keeps on going off.

Cell C contract

I have been trying to call your useless customer care and I don't know how much airtime I've spent in trying to get hold of your legal department with regards to my contract. It is very frustrating to try and resolve an issue with you guys. Can someone please call me on this number: [protected]

It is alleged that I have an outstanding amount with you guys and in my knowledge the contract was cancelled and I don't have any outstanding amount due to you, and this is giving me a bad credit score such that it is difficult for me to acquire credit and this is very unfair to me to suffer due to your incompetency.

Cell C sim swap

So I lost my sim card a few weeks ago and I have been trying to get a sim swap done, but I seem to be getting the information incorrect and the sim card I was using is registered in someone else's name, however I been using the sim card for over 5 years, so when I spoke to a rep at the call centre I was advised to do an affidavit and go to the nearest cell c store, which is what I did however I was turned down, I then spoke to a team leader by the name of Mthokosizi when I called again and he advised me that the branch can definitely help me if I have an affidavit, so again I went to a branch and then spoke to a manager by the name of Magdalene at Gateway and she turned me down, I asked for a way to escalate the matter and she gave me a bogus number for the KZN head offices which just rings and rings, so now I am stuck because I used that number for a number of important things such as business and banking but now I have to go through the admin of changing my number because everyone refuses to help.

Cell C surance

More than a year ago we took out a cell contract and before anything could be activated my fiancé got attack on the plot we live and that phone got stolen. A case was been open at the police and submit on multiple occasions on requests of different people from cellc and cellc surance. Everytime they come with a story, first feedback was after 3 months. In the meantime i pay for that contract and insurance... Last feedback was bad and the person calling was very rude and unprofessional. My fiancé was traumatized and really no need for you to traumatizing her further. She went without a phone for almost a year. We were mislead and scammed by cellc surance. Keep in mind, a negative response to this complaint will lead to negative reaction. Contract are almost finish and you cellc surance and cellc treated us very bad regarding this matter. Point is she got attacked and phone got stolen before activation. Correct steps was taken from our side and cellc and cellc surance failed against their own rules and regulations ... The question arises, is it because im white that you treat us like that and let us pay you to promote your unfaithful business? Take note, i will place this story worldwide in the media if you contact me and held me on a line like a fool for months again, or be rude to me again. I request that these issues been resolved in a respective and positive manner please?

Cell C contract account

Hi, I am not happy with the service from Cell C.
I have admitted my fault by not double checking the account number when I had to pay my account for May 2019 and the money went to Cell C Technical Department, therefore a case was opened but I never got feedback until I called and they said it has been resolved but when I received my bill for June 2019 it was R702 and I called and they said that I am in arreas because I haven't paid for May 2019.

All I ask is for the money to be transferred to the correct account because now its affecting my bank account by having a minus. Also I have sent the proof of payment for May 2019 countless times.
Can this please please be resolved. As I have said I should have made sure that I was sending to the right account but I only realised that when I got home from the bank, and I explained to the agent that it was a mistake because the account numbers look similar.
I sincerely hope that this issue will be resolved.

Cell C on line data contracts, false advertising

Referal no: 125432. I applied for an online data contract which was advertised as R129 for the following: 10gb day and 10gb nite + 10gb promo day and 10gb promo nite + 10gb extra gigs day and 10gb extra gigs nite. For last 2 months I only received 10gb day and 10 GB nite. I have made numerous calls and sent many emails to the call centre and also have many call ref nos. This is not what I signed up for. I would for the online deal which I applied for to be honoured.

Cell C cellc data contract cancellation was not done

I called my CellC data contract via their call centre but am very disappointed because they keep on deducting some money from my account and loading data almost 2 months after the data contract expired. The CellC team seems to be very slow in effecting submitted requests and very unrpofessional! The message from CellC with the number in question is below

Cell C data sold under false pretence by cell c

On Monday 3 June 2019 I got a call from an agent from Cell C promoting a data bundle offer - 10 Gig for R89-00 pm or 20 Gig for R129 pm. I opted for the 20 Gig - R129 pm on a month to month basis. The sim card will be send via courier to me. When I received my contract today the deal is for 10Gig data - R129 pm for a period of 24 months. Not what was discussed on the phone. Tried to contact them to speak to a manager - no luck. This is fraud. I want confirmation that NO debit order will be deducted from my bank account

Cell C contract cancelled by cell c. no answer from subscriber collections department

My phone was disconnect on Friday afternoon 31 May 2019. When I called my number the message "the number you have dialled does not exist" is played.

I contacted the customer care centre by they could not assist, as the department working with this issue is only available Mondays to Fridays.

On Monday I was given the number 084 143 9200 to phone and to choose option 4.
I had spend R300 on airtime holding on the line and no answer.
When I phoned today it cuts you off with the message, that there is a technical problem and please try again later.

So how long must I hold on, how much airtime must I still use before I can speak to someone at the legal /subscriber collections department.

How can Cell C just cancel a contract without contacting me and arranging for payment.

I rely on my phone to receive work as I am self employed.

Can someone please contact me and explain why my contract has been cancelled without any prior notice.

Cell C contract service

Within 2018 i informed cell c consultants that i need to delay a payment as i had 2 leave my job due to the fact that my baby was delivered premature due to complications however my services was cut off i called in again and asked them to keep the line open just for a week as i am in hospital at the time my serviced never went back on i then called a month later to set up a payment arrangement for the months forward that i was not working the consultant advised me she will get someone from finance to email me uptil this day i havent received any mail or any assistancejust bills for services i was never able to use as ny entire phone got blocked but every month i get a bill 4 unused services...i would like to know what will be the way forward from here either i pay whats outstanding and i get all da back dated services back or an agreement must b finalized bt im utterly disappointed in cell c for the way i was treated during a crucial time and not ones have any consultant came back to me. Please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com as my cellc nr is no longer in working order.

Cell C contact centre as well as power sim

Today I contacted the help line 3 times. I have been a Cell c customer for a very long time but this is really unacceptable.
The initial call was to find out if the SIM was active because we bought it in 2014 along with the dongle. We haven't used it since late 2014. Today I wanted to use it so we wanted to find out if it's still active but on the first call the agent couldn't help as she says we didn't pass the security questions even though I asked her I just want to know if it's active.
We purchased 1GB of data, however the SIM still didn't work and said network unavailable in the laptop as well as my phone experience.
On the second call my husband spoke to a Thomas in technical support who said we'd have to do a SIM swap but still be able to get the data back.
On the final call I spoke to a agent and asked for a manager and she said they don't have managers they only have line managers. I stayed on hold for a very long time and she got back with something I never knew. Blaming me for buying data without knowing if the SIM is still active when we called for that information in the first place. She said I should ask the new owner of the number to give the data... Really now! And also she told me that if the SIM is not in use for 3months it gets recycled... I did not know that and both me and my husband purchased it in 2014. He has a elephant brain so he would've remembered.
I don't want to cause trouble for anyone we would just really want our data back.
The date and timeframe of the calls are: 30 May 2019 between 18:30 and 19:30. The two failed from [protected]

Cell C cell c contract completed and not renewed, yet billed for services, airtime and data

My contract i had with Cell C ran its course and i chose not to renew and or upgrade. i duly informed Cell C of my wishes verbally and in writing. This did not happen as i was billed for services i never received. Even when i asked for proof of such services i was advised it was for Airtime then data and service nothing was forthcoming. Even the recorded calls could not be made available. After a lengthy period of too and fro i decided to settle the outstanding R164.00 in June 2018 only to find on my ITC status this week it shows an amount of R 164.00 outstanding. After contacting Cell C customer care no one could find any of my details on their system and advised me to try Cell C legal who's number is always busy and i was kept on hold for well over 30 minutes when transferred.

I need Cell C to update the status of the account on ITC please...!

Cell C whatsapp data bundles

What the hell is wrong with you guys increasing whatsapp data with R9 with such an increase don't you think to early not even a year ago it was R17 then now R20 the next thing it's a R29 do you really care about your customers or you just focusing on the one side of your customers whites what about other race shouldn't we be equally involved instead of a such an increase

Cell C I paid my final installment in august 2018 and cell c is still deducting from my account

Good day Cell C

I have cancelled my contract and paid EVERYTHING I had to pay in August 2018 and this morning an amount of R 1324.15 was deducted from my account. I don't understand how this is possible, as I have went in to the Cell C shop and they confirmed that my contract is cancelled and I've paid everything I had to pay. I even have a statement that indicates that my balance is 0.00.

Cell C over 10 days now and still waiting for the iitc reference number on a stolen phone

I had a home invasion and my samsung cell phone was stolen. After a police report, my insurance company wants an itc number in order to pay me out for the theft.

Having called the Cell C Helpline, I was told to find my imei number of the phone and go to the nearest cell c store which I did on Friday 17th May 2019. I filled in the forms and was told it would take about 2 days. By Wednesday the next week, I had not been called so I called the store to be told that the imei was missing a digit. It was Cell c's error, apparently and the form was to be resent.

I called the store again today and was told nothing has come through. Cell C, does it really take 10 days to blacklist a stolen phone! I am appalled. I cannot be paid out for my phone as Cell C cannot seem to provide this service timeously. How long must I wait, and how difficult can this be to do. When signing people us, Cell C manages to get paperwork through quite quickly.

Please help. All I would like is my itc number and I can get on with my admin.
