Avoid Televox: Horrible Communication and Refusal to Release Files
Televox is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. My experience with them has been nothing short of horrible. They never respond to my inquiries, and when they do, it's always with mistakes, mistakes, mistakes. It's frustrating to deal with a company that can't seem to get anything right.
One of the biggest issues I've had with Televox is their lack of communication. They never answer the phone, and when I leave a message, it takes them forever to get back to me. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
To make matters worse, when I asked for my files to go to another site, they refused to give them to me. This is unacceptable. I should have the right to take my business elsewhere if I'm not satisfied with the service I'm receiving.
Overall, my experience with Televox has been awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive company, look elsewhere.
TeleVox Review: All Talk and No Action - Don't Waste Your Time or Money
I'm an orthodontist and I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first heard about TeleVox. Their salespeople were real smooth talkers and they promised me the world when it came to building my website. But let me tell you, once I signed on the dotted line, things went downhill fast.
I tried to get in touch with someone to address my concerns, but it was like trying to get blood from a stone. I mean, come on, I'm paying good money for this service and I can't even get a response? It's ridiculous.
If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't choose TeleVox. I'd go with any other company, honestly. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. They're all talk and no action.
Disappointing Experience with Televox: Poor Service and Difficult Contract Termination
Televox ain't all that great, to be honest. They did an okay job, but they couldn't keep up with my new office software. I had to get out of my contract early, but they didn't make it easy. They made me pay for the last month even though I didn't get any service! I was pretty mad about that, but I paid it anyway just to be done with them. Seems like a lot of other people have had similar problems with Televox, so I wouldn't recommend them.
