Avoid this company at all costs please! They are scammers. they will answer right away when you want service then when you become a customer they’ll stop picking up your phone call, you have to call from different phone numbers if you need help, they sent me a used tablet that did not work and in order for me to send it back I had to pay THEM $80 for their mistake? Then they sent me new equipment and it didn’t work from day one! I started service June 2nd and had issues all the way until July 10th calling them everyday nonstop because of this. When I wanted to stop service because I realized they were scammers it was too late! They will pull the money out of your account even though they offer you “ free “ equipment! They charged me $2300 dollars! I had to call my bank and I will be taking action against these people.

linxup.com is a bad company. They sent me a bad unit and now they won't let me return it or cancel the service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a total ripoff.

linxup.com is a pretty good website, but I ain't gonna recommend it to nobody no more. They promised me a referral fee, but I never got it. I used to tell all my friends about them, but now I ain't gonna waste my time. The device itself is pretty cool though. It helps me keep track of my vehicles and makes sure my drivers are doing what they're supposed to be doing. It's also pretty easy to use, even for someone like me who ain't too tech-savvy. The only thing I don't like is that it ain't always accurate. Sometimes it says my drivers are in one place when they're really somewhere else. But overall, I'd say it's a pretty good investment if you're looking to keep track of your vehicles. Just don't expect to get any referral fees from these guys.

Their website is confusing and hard to navigate. I couldn't find the information I needed, and when I tried to contact customer service, I was put on hold for hours. When I finally got through, the representative was rude and unhelpful.

So, I bought this thing called Linxup and it ain't gonna work for what I need it for. I tried to return it, but they said they don't do returns. Ain't that just a load of bull? I looked on their website and it says they have a return policy, so I don't know what's up with that. Just be careful, cause once you buy it, you're stuck with it.

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Linxup. I signed up with them and now I can't get no help from them. I've been trying to reach out to them through email and phone but they ain't responding. And let me tell ya, this product ain't working too good neither. I ain't never written no review before, but I just had to let y'all know how bad this "business" is. It's just plain awful!
