Cell C review: Cancelling a contract

I am not very happy at all with Cell c - I returned the package after it was delivered because I decided that the offer is way expensive comparing to your competitor and I asked you guys to cancell my contract.

The contract was cancelled but it came to my surprise that I am owing Cell C R28 609 that I dont know where does it come from. I will make sure that I take this matter forward until this issue is resolved. I spoke to one of you consultant by the name of Faith (Ref: [protected]) and she refused to give me her surname as well. Faith said she will escalate the matter and that is what they always say.
