Cash Crusaders ps 3 game

I have bough a ps 3 game online order no 2586704 and were send a email stating that the order is ready for collection

I send my driver all the way from the free state to collect only to be told that they do not have it in stock so that resulted I me having a big loss in petrol damages why did they not only told me no stock and it would have save me a lot of money I am taking this matter further with hello peter as well as the ombudsman

Desired outcome: Compensation or my game delivered to the free state

Cash Crusaders Dixon sim-900W angle grinder

I bought an 900W Dixon grinder on 14/05/2022 I've used it 5 times sins.

The the button thats locks the disc to take out wasent working. I took in in for repairs at cash Crusaders Sasolburg on January 2023, thay send it in for repairs and in February 2023 thay called and it wasent even working stil. Sended it back for second time and stil gives me problems.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund a other grinder or money back thank you.

Cash Crusaders Personal item stolen

I took a loan on my Samsun Galaxy Z Flip 3 5 G. It got stolen by one of CC employees.

They did not advise me until i wen to go pay and collect my phone.

Bad service.

And the manager did not look like he was feeling any kind of remorse.

"we will refund you"

What about my personal stuff that was on the phone.

It was a gift to me from my boyfriend.

They will call me today.

The day is halfway done.

I called them more then once.

Phone just rings.

Desired outcome: I want my money for my phones worth.

Cash Crusaders Repair - mall @ 55

I bought a brand-new microwave in December 2022. It was faulty, I returned the microwave on the 21st of January 2023 for repairs.

The staff told me 2 weeks.
We followed up on the 15th of February 2023 and were informed that it takes 21 working days. I left it until the 20th of February 2023 - when I phoned, they could not find my job card on the computer. The manager from mall @ 55 is like non - existent. He refuses to speak to me and is always busy or on an emergency. I tried phoning again today to no avail. I have a feeling that one of the staff members might have helped themselves to my microwave. I am not happy with the service at all.

Desired outcome: I want a new microwave and an apology from the Manager for his poor managerial skills.

Cash Crusaders Cash crusaders taken on property without proper identification. Policy and procedure not followed.

I left for jhb on in August to drop of my grandson, upon my return in September I enquired were out TV and some other appliances were, I was told by the 2 men living here with my husband it was in fir repairs. my husband passed away on the 26th if January this year and as I was reading my Bible the pawn slip fell out. Wen I went to cash crusaders Siva gve me the run around stating I needed to be accompanied by the police. I did just that, stood in the hot sun for more than an hour only to be told by officer ntuli that it was my right.

I then went back to the store and Siva shows me the file which is still valid but TV is sold but in the file he had a copy of my late husband's identity document from An old cv which did not mke sense as my husband was bi polar and had lost his identity book years ago, hence I used his driver's license or passport.. this is not on. I then asked to see video footage of the person who brought the TV in and was told to pass off. I had been hospitalized for 11 days from the stress of that incident and have made complaints sending through the relevant documents and have not heard bak from them. I was discharged yesterday and seems I have to go get a court order to have this done in the correct manner. If anyone has an easier method of resolving this I'm open to ideas as it was the last item my late husband bought.. it's valuable to me. Any assistance will be appreciated.instead of stressing abt a court procedure.

Desired outcome: Someone to give me an idea of how to resolve this efficiently without the stress.

Cash Crusaders Interest paid and product packed out

Good day
We went to pay interest on the 29 December 2022 on laptop
There was load shedding so we had to pay cash
They have written down that it's paid on paper and kept it
Now the product is taken out and they say we did not pay and have to re bay the item at 7000 witch i will not i will take this matter high this is not right

Good evening sir/madam my name is victor i brought computer at cashcrusaders that computer it was building in computer it's a computer with the screen at same time out side it's only mouse and key board only,i bought it on 30/01/2023.time 15:00:33 .when I get home it was a time for loadsheeding i ddn't test the computer,yesterday when i get back to work electricity was there , i plug the computer it was working nice after 5 hrs it switch off i dnt know why today i took it back for them to check it for me what's wrong with it, fine the two of those guys who where helping me when i bought it ,they start to test the computer,but i start to dought thise guys when they start end up taking charge they pull out the wire out of the wire cable ,they put the head of charging connect to computer they put 1 wire on the other side an 1 on tht side it blow up spackes they put a receipt page between 2 wire and they start to show 1 small red light when try to switch it still not working. To cut story off i said i need my money back but they insist,i left there computer there i took my receipt an leave now i need your help call them at tell them when can i come to collect my money pls you can't trust something that it can work for more than 5 hrs to get for repair no.they a based in Brits in north west province there contact no :[protected] ,my contact no:[protected] victor amount demanded R3000 cash thanks. Cash Crusaders Sound system

Could you please provide me with your ombudsman contact number or email address. A sound system that was still on hire purchase was sold to your store and was taken with no questions asked. For a Brand new system to enter a store it should immediately flash a red light. In October a brand new stove still sealed in it's box was also taken, also no questions asked. A dvd also still in its box taken no questions asked. I had to pay over R4600 to release those things from one of your stores. I went through your contract and no where you actually protect another party that is married in community of property. Where you ask is the pledger married, if yes in or out community of property, and if in community provide written concent from the other party allowing you the pledger to sell the goods.

Cash Crusaders Faulty smart tv issue

I bought a second hand Sumsung smart TV in Cash Crusaders in Melville Campass Square branch on the 3rd of December 2023 and only watched it for 1 week before traveling to Eastern Cape on December holiday. I therefore came back on the 4th of Jan only to find that the TV is showing parallel line on the screen, I then took the TV back to the store to report the TV however the staff gave me attitude and accusing me of breaking it, I told them that I didn't break the TV and that I've been away the entire December and there was no one left at home using it but still they are refusing to either refund and/or giving me another TV as a replacement, I then left the TV with them as they told me that they will get a technician to check it. please advise me on what should I do before escalating this matter externally because I don't have time all I need is a TV urgently.

Cash Crusaders Bad customer service

I went to the cash crusaders store at metlife place - Kabega Park - Port Elizabeth. I spoke to the store manager Kim who from the start had a very bad attitude. I received a Dixon 3.5lt Airfryer as a gift and the non stick base started peal off. While I was still explaining to her how unhappy I was Kim kept interrupting me. Kim was very short off towards me and it felt as if she just wanted to get me out of the store. She kept on saying that the airfryer is rusting on the inside which is impossible and then turned around and said that she is not an technician and can't answer why the airfryer would start pealing off. I do appreciate been spoken Down to like that. Kim is a very rude and disrespectful Manger. Her behavior is unacceptable. I hope that this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible

Desired outcome: I would like an apology from Kim as her behavior was unacceptable towards me and I want to know when exactly I will be getting my Airfryer back.

Cash Crusaders Robbery in October 2022 and the lost of my N71 Dual Sim Samsung phone

I went to Cash Crusaders on the 16th of December to get both items back on the loan that was done. I was told in October 2022 Raslouw had a robbery and that only the one item was still there (it was a Samsung Galaxy tab). On the one item I have paid in full and got it back. On the N71 Samsung phone I was told not to pay yet and I have to come back to the shop on the 31st of December.

I have returned and paid my loan on the N71 Samsung and also told the minimum on paid out.

Any company has insurance and my N71 was paid out on the value as per any quote given as selling current value. Re access is to pay in is Cash Crusaders responsibilty and not mine to pay in.

I have been sent away on application to complete and told that I will be called for confirmation. I have called sent Whatsup's and no one getting back to me.

I need full payment on replacement on the exact same specs of the N71. I need to be called and confirmed from which quote I will be paid out.

The Robbery accurred in October. I was not even notified. I was told back to come back in December and it is 3 months now without me with a phone.

I am just not happy on the way I get treated. I need this today to be resolved please. I was reasonable until this morning.

I'm so disappointed with Cash Crusaders. On the 14th January 2023 I ordered Dixon Air cooler 7 litres online. Till today I haven't recieved an email confirming that they have recieved my order purchased. I paid for it. When I try contacting them no one is helping me some contact numbers are not even working. I'm at a point of giving up now.

I'm asking myself why do they do online shopping if they are unreachable. They failed me and even scammed me of my hard worked money.

Cash Crusaders Offer for oculus quest 2 256gb with elite headstrap

So I made a inquiry with Cash Crusaders with regards to my oculus quest 2... I understand that I wont get what I paid for it I offered R7500, would of settled for at least R5000 but how can they say they can only offer up to R2500 for something that is valued at about R13000 new, R8000/R9000 2nd hand with elite strap... I thought the offers were supposed to be fair for the customers and not for the customers to be taken advantage of because money is needed... I asked around at other stores and with the elite strap I was offered atleast R4500, which is fair coz they also need to make a profit. But R2500 is ridiculous and disgusting

Desired outcome: I just want them to be fair, its the 2nd time they tried to lowball me with ridiculously low offers where other cash crusders atleast made fair offers.

Cash Crusaders Unsatisfied sofas

My name is Dipuo Makuoa from vosloorus, I've bought sofas on August at Cash Crusader in Sunward Pack after a day they were damaged and I phoned to report them to the shop, they promise to send me other sofas so the problem is that all the sofas they are willing to send me I must add money on top wich I don't have, other's I don't like so my problem is that they are closing the shop on the 24 th December and I don't have the sofas, so I'm asking for your assistance in adressing this problem

Cash Crusaders Rip off liar's misleading customers

I bought a car radio suggested by Amo I ask him numerous times that radio will fit in my car he said yes.. Now the radio its big and I've spent R1000 when I return it I was told radio worth R500 😡😡stop stealing money from us in Rosentiville branch I wanted to complain to incompetent supervisor he ignored me, kept on sending a stupid sales person again,, security officer was only person who was concerned he must be a manager, big up to Southdale staff they're friendly and warm welcoming I'm the regular customer there and I've never experienced a problem,,unfortunately they didn't have the product I want👏👏👏the same day I bought a radio one of your clientele wasn't happy about the phone he bought no one assisted him... 😡😡😡Rosentiville sales person and supervisor should go for retraining honestly I need the branch to resolve this issue I'm sitting with useless and stupid radio were I've paid it😡😡😡😡😡

Cash Crusaders Breaching of contract

I lend money on my goods from cashcrusaders in Rutenburg, the contract stated that I have 4 additional loans, but every time I paid my interest they print a new contract and the interest stays the same, so every time they get the high amount of interest that is breeching of contract, I queried about it, and the answer to me was that is how they do it for the last 6 months, but yesterday they didnt print a new contract they did it the right way and the cashier said it is only for this month, so they are stealing the peoples money

Cash Crusaders Service

I took a loan with cash crusaders Carlton center for my I phone, then a process was implemented that I can only extend for a period of 6 months, I had other items at cash crusaders Albertina sisulu and they explained to me that if I can not pay the full amount I will then have to pay half the amount. When I asked to perform this transaction I was told that cash crusaders are not the same and this process does not apply here. Had I known this I would have not left my item there. Cash Crusaders Jebson and staff that's incompetent to do their work.

Good day

To whom it my concern

I Mr Shane Van Schalkwyk would like to ask your assistance with the following matter.

1. I bought a Jebson JB8501 player serial numberserial number JB2012313081. On 03-12-2021 at Cash Crusaders Westgate mall Mitchells Plain Cape town.

2. I had it installed at a referred installer by one of the staff.

3. On the 17-12-2021 I went to store and exchanged it for a Jebson JB8501 with serial number jb2011153388.

4. With 1st purchase I was informed that it should be installed by a vetted installer and it was done at Claude’s car sound and security CC.

5. With the exchanged there was no needed for an installation because it was the same make only different module, it had the same input plugs.

6. I was also accompanied by one of the staff members to see if the product work and it was done in parking area Infront of store and it was working.

7. The product stopped working in October 2022 and I took it in to store at Westgate Mall and was informed that it will be send away for repair and it could take up to 21 working days.

8. On the 22November I went to store because it was more then 21days already and no one phoned me.

9. That day the store had load shedding and could not test if its working, I told the staff member we can go test it in the car and still the tape was dead.

10. The casher told me that the lady than work with returns is not in she will be in the next day.

11. The next day I was informed that the tape was booked in incorrectly and that it should have been reinstalled and because it wasn’t reinstalled they can’t exchange or send away for repairs because the date of installation differs from purchased date, I explained to the lady (staff member) that the plugs is the same and the make of the tape is also the same and that the product was tested by a staff member after I bought it and it was working.

12. Last but not less it looked like the staff member that deal with returns was waiting for time to expire on one year warranty because the tape was their more then 21day, if I dint go to the store to enquire on the progress I would not have known the reason why it had a hold up.

13. I attached the slips but quality is poor and the also attached the installation payment slip.

Cash Crusaders 2nd Samsung Galaxy A11

I bought a 2nd hand Samsung Galaxy A11 phone at Cash Crusaders Albertina Sisulu street in Johannesburg on Monday 14 November. I started using it yesterday as I was waiting for my Sim swap to go through but unfortunately I am unable to do Job Applications on the email and Youtube does not open at all. We checked the network and charging in store, no further checks were done as I was waiting for my Sim swaps to go through.

I need to change the device for another one on the same price but there No exchange of Unwanted Good stamped on the slip.

Please assist I want to change the device and go for the something for the same price because the main reason i bought the device was to be able to do applications on the email

Cash Crusaders Generator

Went to cash crusaders lydenburg about a week back and ased if they can help to get a loan on my generator they said yes i brought it in today 16/11/2022 after standing waiting for more than an hour they said they cant help me because there is 1x missing screw

This is pathetic cash crusaders and i won't do business with u again i will also make sure to mention it to others.

Go look at your advertisement "bring your unwanted goods in for cash "bull i won't leave this matter u will hear from me again.

Cash Crusaders iPad

I bought an iPad at cash crusaders doringkloof on the 28th of October and when I got home it wasn't doing what I explained to them why am buying it. Then on the 2nd of November I went to the store to get a refund but they said the lady who helped me is not around I must wait until she gets back .I have been going to the shop with no help I went there today and they telling me they only do refund on faulty devices and to me that iPad is faulty because it doesn't do what I bought it for. It doesn't support the apps that I want to install.

Now she's saying I must sell it to them they give me 60% of the money I psid.

Since they had the iPad on the 2nd of November

Desired outcome: Get refund
