Casey's review: Vuse electric vapes

I wanted to try the electric vuse as I need to quit smoking. I went into Casey's here in Hiawatha kansas and bought two along with the liquid pods that go into them. I spent over $70 buying too strong of the liquid. I tried one of them and found it to be way too strong for me, so I wanted to exchange them for a lighter flavor, and to take back one of the vuses as my boyfriend didn't want to use it. So I took them back in to exchange for the lighter ones and the young lady said that she couldn't take back tobacco products. there was a man there that also said that. I asked the lady if he was the manager, she said they actually don't have a manager. these products have not been open. There wasn't going to be any exchange of money, except for the Vuse. Please help me solve my problem. There weren't any signs stating this rule nor was I told this, as I for sure wouldn't have bought such a quantity. Thank you.
