I came in the store on October 30 2019 between 11 and 1130 am. There was a old lady there and proceeded to tell me that I couldnt drive on a road. Just to let you know there is a road there and everyone drives thru it. She is a very rude person and I dont know if her problem is with me and my family as she has also said something to my son. She has told me that she was going to call the police on me for driving thru there. I will take my business elsewhere if this does continue. Thank you

I order pizza from this store and one of the pizaa had plastic in it I call them and told them about that he told some time they usally in a hurry and don't pay attention what go in the pizza they going make me another he said some one need start watching those people carefully if that was a young kid they will choke on it they made me another one but

Hi my name is Janet Franklin. The reason for my concerns is about how I went into East Casey's one of your stores in McCook, Nebraska and I over heard two customers talking about how the employees are awesome for doing a fundraiser for their boss that has breast cancer and that the employees got in trouble for it. But the reason I'm writing this is because I think it was very great of them for doing it. You know that if they do stuff like this then you know they really are grateful to have a boss that appreciate their employees. Also I would like to let you know as well this is breast cancer awareness month and they did great by what they did to help one of their own. Please keep up the good work guys. It touched my heart to see such loving people that help out one another. Glad to see how the community came together to help support one of their local fighting cancer.

Hi I'd like to complain about the store manager here in Fremont Nebraska she treats all her employees like crap her name is Felicia she calls her employees stupid plays favoritism and simply doesn't care for her employees I use to work at this location I walked in to the store one day and I heard her talk to another employee about how stupid and dumb someone that works there is

My kitchen manager has repeatedly harassed me over text the first I told my boss she said she would handle it nothing got done at all and now it jsut happens again today cause I was sick I've tried to talk her a little this multiple times she always come back with I'll make sure you don't get any hours in my kitchen or telling me to suck it up and get over it

As CEO you never have worked as a manager evidently.Your pay is not enough to keep good help.Manager's have to live n breath Casey's.Someone quits every other month.Manager's take up slack on weekends training new help. You new rule every thurs. N every other Saturday is bad idea. People are going to quit n morale is going down.Employees call at all times of the day every day of the week.Reconsider your new rule. It will be ineffective.

Your store manager at Dysart Caseys is out of line. Turn around is at a high do to the manner in which she treats her employees. As a customer I witnessed her scream at her employee. Multiple people have quit to go work for another station in Dysart.
I talked to an employee who was sitting outside crying from the way she was talked to this is not the first time I have witnessed this.
She has informed her customers that people quit because they are lazy and it's not her fault. This is untrue. She also complains to her customers that they are responsible for her write ups. I have lost all respect for caseys and will no longer spend my money there.

Having workers in kitchen that are sick should not be happening at all if they are sick should not come in to work i would like to see a change in this.. dont want people to get sick from coming in to caseys. need to be look at please and thank you. no one that is sick should be working in kitchen or register that is a health code and law its not good for business...

I believe an employee is selling drugs from your store on 3rd shift. Her name is Becca and works at caseys on division and west 53rd street. She appears very young long blonde hair. Ive witnessed the transactions outside of your building while staff was on duty. May want to monitor that situation to prevent legal problems down the road. There appears to be a lot of people loitering in parking lot on the 3rd shift. I don't feel safe stopping there anymore .

So, after work, around 12:33 a.m., I had came into the location mentioned above, to get something to eat from one of the food warmers, and had noticed the grilled chicken sandwich was as brown as the crispy chicken sandwich and the pizzas in the warmer had to be well over an old or better, so I opted for the pinwheels, because the last time I took a chance on food in one of the said locations food warmers was about a week ago (around 225pm), and I had to go home from work early, because I had thrown up. Since this was the first case of this happening from any of your stores, that I had experienced, I didn't complain about it or even report it. Anyways, I brought this to the cashier attention and he blatantly lied to my face, and told me the girl in the kitchen had "just put them in there. I know she did because I seen her put them in there just before midnight.", I said "Okay", paid for my drink and pinwheels (since they weren't in the warmer), and left. While I may not have reported them for me getting sick, someone else might and it could end worse. If there is any possibility that they get retrained on food safety, sanitation, and quality, I don't think Id be writing this or getting sick.

PS: While I do applaud the cashier for being a good team member and sticking up for his coworker, he lied right to my face.

There was 2 male cashiers there, at the time. The younger one was the one that rang me up, and was rude about me bringing this issue up to him. The older one with facial hair walked away and didn't want anything to do with it.
