First class passenger, travelled multiple times to Trinidad and Tobago. First time that lipsticks, perfumes and clothing was stolen from my luggage. I will be escalating this. It is enough to be concerned while traveling as a diabetic to then now be concerned about basic human decency. I expect a refund for the items stolen.
This occurred on flight BW601 Toronto to Trinidad and Tobago yesterday March 18th 11:00pm EST flight. Flight was delayed until about 2:45 am March 19th arriving in Trinidad and Tobago at approximately 8:45am EST.

Claimed loss: LIPSTICKS, PERFUMES, CLOTHING

Desired outcome: REFUND AND FLIGHT VOUCHER FOR FIRST CLASS.
