On April 9, 2026, I arrived at the JFK Airport and searched for the departure parking for terminal 4. I did not find one, so I went to the arrival parking lot for terminal 4 but one of the attend at the gate told me that I was in the wrong terminal and that I should go back around and follow the signs. Being confident that, as a worker, he know more than I do, I humbly went in search again. After being frustrated I began to ask everyone I could ask. I ended up asking several construction workers until one of them told me that the depart is closed and the arrival can be used for both. I went to the arrival section again, asking no more question because I had very little time to check in.
I parked my car and hurried to check-in at the Caribbean counter. I told the lady that I needed a ticket and she told to wait and when she finally get to me she said that they were closed, even though the person that was checking the ticket was willing to let me in, if I had the ticket.
I needed to go that day because I had to attend my aunt's funeral. so after i was calm i called Carribean Airline customer services [protected] and told them what happened and was asking for option of another flight for the same day. I did not get one. So I booked a flight with Jet Blue for that evening and expecting to return on Caribbean Airline with my original booking, but was surprised when I went to check-in at the Airport that my ticket was deleted...
