My name is Chandrawatee Jagoo-Balsingh. I had a flight BW 603 reference number 459 PRW on Sunday 20th August. At 1035 am I got an email saying my flight has been cancelled. On Monday I made contact with the center and ask to be put on the next available flight as I needed my medication and cannot stay indefinitely. No one called me . On Tuesday 21st I also made contact with the center. At 1:30pm I saw there was a recovery flight and made contact with the center again no one knew when I can get a flight. I made contact again when I saw a flight was schedule. I was then contacted to come to board on XP 8501 operated by Avelo airline schedule to leave at 6:30 pm on Tuesday 22nd August. Upon arrival at the airport chaos reigned. I asked, as I had purchased a business class ticket with my miles, I would be treated as such, however there was no such thing as business class nor good treatment. Staff attitude was horrible. I am hearing impaired, which I told them and was not treated good at all. In top of that rushing and chaos, the flight did not leave until 8:35. The sandwich which was served was frozen and only water was available on board for they only had 48 sodas and no tea. I was really looking forward to my flight in business class on Sunday and was really disappointed. I filled out a complaint form and my ticket number is [protected]. Desired outcome: I will like some compensation for all that I have went through for two day stay out of country and for a reimbursement of my business class ticket since there was no business class on the chartered flight
