Captain D's review: Unprofessional employee

7/28/2026 we visited the store located at 2201 Pike St. Parkersburg WV. 26101 and ordered two 3 piece fish dinner. There was a sign posted if not asked if we would want to add shrimp or hush puppies they will add I believe 6 or either choice. My husband told the girl I believe her name to be Hayden that she didnt offer the promotion to him and he said it really showed that it upset her. When she served our food I thanked her twice for the food. She wouldn't look at me or say your welcome and proceeded to throw down tartar sauce and one container of cocktail sauce and the way she threw it down it bounced and into my lap. It was covered in cocktail sauce on the outside of the container whick land on a new pair of shorts that I was wearing for the first time. She didn't apologize at all and carried an attitude the whole time. I had cocktail sauce on my new shorts. I went to the counter to ask for a to go box, she was leaning against the counter arms crossed and never spoke and pointed to the boxes on the counter. It is unbelieveable to have some act that way over not asking if we wanted to add those on . I am not happy with being treated that way. She needs fired for her actions.
