Last night I went to the Captain D's in Franklin, Ky. I ordered the 15pc butterfly shrimp dinner. I don't live but about 5 miles from the restaurant & couldn't wait to get home & eat. It was the worst food I have eaten in a long time. It wasn't hot, tasted awful, only 12 shrimp but I ended up throwing away over 1/2 my order in the garbage anyway so I guess it didn't matter there was not 15. I ate 2 bites of my baked potato; 1 hushpuppy, 5 shrimp & about 6 pieces of my okra. Everything else went in the garbage. I wouldn't even put in the fridge for later or give it to my dog. That was the 1st & last time I will go to Captain D's.

Claimed loss: $12.48

Desired outcome: I'm not sure. I don't think ordering the same food on a different day would make the food better.
