Tonight we ordered through Instacart 2 2pc 2 side 2 drinks. The delivery was great, but the preparation was very disappointing. The 2 baked potatoes should have been left in the over for another 20 minutes. There was no tarter sauce and only 2 small butter containers to put on the half baked cold potatoes. When you get delivery you expect the same quality of the dine in option. While Captain Ds is one of our favorites, this store performance needs to train or hire quality employees. The store was Springfield, TN and the delivery service was Instacart.
Claimed loss: No way to put a $ to half baked, cold baked potatoes and lack of tarter sauce and small amount of butter. But the only thing editable was the fish and hushpuppies. But for $46 you would expect more than 2 pieces of fish and 2 hushpuppies.
Desired outcome: A gift card for at least half of what I paid for.
