On the evening of 8/23/2025, I encountered the worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant period. This occurred at a Captain D's located at 3856 Austell Rd SW, Austell, GA 30008-8401. The wait in the drive through was nearly an hour (only 2 cars were ahead of me), and the employee exhibited very unprofessional behavior and, offered no apology when the order was finally delivered. Apparently the location was short on staff but, this is no excuse for the type of service rendered.
Claimed loss: Price of meals $27.00.
Desired outcome: Gift card for the inconvenience this situation created.
