7/26/2025 @ 4pm, check # 1036. Drive through, no cars in front of me. Ordered 1 four piece chicken dinner, 1 2pc fish 6pc shrimp, 1 supreme sampler, and 1 lobster rolls. Pulled up to window, paid for my order, and waited in the blazing hot sun burning gas for 20 minutes before getting my order. Got home and found my 4pc chicken dinner was rang up (and delivered) as a 2pc fish 2pc chicken. I looked at receipt and discovered I was charged $0.79 each for 3 sides of ocra and 1 side of macaroni and cheese. Further, the chicken and hush puppies was well overcooked and hard as a brick. This store used to have awesome service before covid, but I can't see it surviving much longer, as most customers are elderly and cannot bite through overcooked foods after waiting extended time to get food.
Claimed loss: $0.79 × 4 = $3.16 and ability to enjoy meals
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, an apology, and notified when the service has improved to pre-covid standards so I can revisit this establishment again (I won't be patronizing again until this is resolved).
