I stayed in Flamingo Las Vegas from 1/29/26 to 1/31/26.
On 1/30/26 7:30pm I went to casino side women restroom, while I'm looking for a room I saw there is room locked with a small white tower hang on the door top and next to it the room is available so I used it.
As usual I hang my purse on the door hook, after I finished stand up suddenly my purse fell to the ground, I'm so confused what happened and went to pick up the thing fell out from purse but I couldn't find my black wallet, my heart was sink I went outside and yell anybody see a black wallet? Nobody answer then I saw this cleaning lady she walk with me to the site and told me the person left, the locked room (as I mentioned above) door was open and there is a plastic cover the seat, this ring a bell so I ask her is this not the first time? She said yes, immediately I knew I'm a victim
In my wallet there is cash $4,000.00 (included a jackpot won $3,713.00 the night before on 1/29/26) and all my IDs-driver license, credit card, debit card etc.
I went all process to do the report (filled out guest voluntary statement ) with security guy and to police as well.
That is, only report, they all apologized but did not take further action like send a manager talk to me, see a video record or do some investigation to give me some hope, at that moment I feel empty, helpless and want to cry.
As I figured it out the locked room with plastic cover the seat and a towel hang on the door top means it's waiting for repair but how a person can get into a locked room to hide unless this person is a employee or they work with the employee to hide there to do evil thing.
As the cleaning lady said this is not the first time, I believed casino had all reports but they did not take action to fix it, like a warning sign, lower the hook or remove hook to side wall, their security system is in doubt.
Casino has responsibility to protect guest in many ways, in my case it is all casino's fault.
I'm a loyal guest (at lease 20 years) to Caesars Entertainment, I used to feel safe and never think a bad thing will happen on me but now I may not want to walk in their casino anymore.
Heart Broken,
