Caesars Entertainment review: discrimination, violation of privacy, harassment

After my second complaint to the company the manager took a picture of my ID and rewards card and when I asked what it was all about he claims I gave him a bomb note. I clearly told him it wasn't me and he kept insisting it was. This was done in the view off many customers. At first I told my wife I didn't feel comfortable any longer and played for less than an hour and left, haven't been back since due to those are serious allegations and are not to be taken lightly. Before that I went multiple times every week since they opened. For the manager to wrongfully accuse me the way he did has me frightened on his real intentions cause I really have no idea what bomb note incident he is talking about. All this over me complaining to corporate for then offering casino credit and free play promos that they give out but don't honor is just way extreme and scary. The manager needs to be fired and I need an appolagy for these actions. Totally unacceptable and at first I was scared to complain again but I must complain or it may continue with future customers. Also I asked for any type of PW on the incident and he stated it's for their records only. Not sure what to think or even my options on how to go about it. One things for sure it's way outta line and wrong in all aspects
