Had a flight 2 tickets from *** to *** issued Dec/2019 for $6,379 and due to covid trip canceled. Tried to use the credit and was informed that they wouldn't give me any credit since two years from issuance of the ticket had elapsed. It ain't acceptable that no credit can be used when everyone knows that from 2019 until now most countries were limited to visit.

Fly With Class I bought airline tickets from Fly With Class

I bought airline tickets from Fly With Class. Due to the tour getting canceled, I had to modify the ticket timings and destinations. Apparently, the airline policy doesn't permit changes on tickets from travel agencies. The company doesn't answer their phone or respond to emails or texts for more than a week. I'm not sure if they're still operating, but as a result, I ended up paying an extra $5500. If I knew which government agency to complain to, I would. Thanks.

Fly With Class I booked a flight to China from Fly With Class in September

I booked a flight to China from Fly With Class in September . But then, ya know, the coronavirus thing happened and I had to cancel. They gave me this credit memo thingy in February , saying I could use it within two years. The amount was $6,818, which is pretty hefty if you ask me. So, since June , I've been trying to get in touch with them to reschedule my trip. But guess what? No one ever responds! I've tried calling, emailing, and even sending regular mail, but it's like they vanished into thin air. When I call, all I get is voicemail, and they never bother to call me back. Seriously, it's frustrating as heck. All I want is for them to give me a call so we can sort this out and either rebook my flight or give me my money back. Is that too much to ask?

On 2/13, I bought two tickets for $6,998 using my credit card for Air France from *** to ***. The plan was to fly in June/July , but because of Covid, we couldn't go. The company, Fly With Class, Inc., told me that my credits were safe and could be used until February 2022. Now, I've been trying to rebook for June/July 2022, but it's been tough. I've called, messaged, and emailed them multiple times, but I haven't received any return calls, tickets, or possible arrangements. I really need two tickets on AF direct/nonstop before my credit expires. I know times are hard for small businesses, but I'm running out of time and don't want to lose my money with this company.

Fly With Class I got two flight credits, one with *** to *** return, leaving on May 10, and one with Air ***, *** to *** return,

I got two flight credits, one with *** to *** return, leaving on May 10, and one with Air ***, *** to *** return, leaving on Oct 6 2020. *** closed its international borders, so no flights were going overseas, and they cancelled the flights. I paid through a bank transfer. I talked to Agent *** who gave me a 3 year credit for both flights. She left the company and *** didn't get any confirmation from the agent *** about these credits. On 5/3 2021, I got a USD *** credit no. ***. And on 9/8, I got a USD *** credit no ***. I only got one email from ***, but it didn't have anything to do with rebooking my flights. Now, I'm not getting any response to my calls or emails as I try to rebook.

Fly With Class I bought 2 biz class tickets from Fly With Class, Inc

I bought 2 biz class tickets from Fly With Class, Inc. in Feb 2020 for $8,900. Receipt # ***. But I didn't fly and talked to El Al in Aug, they said they refunded the card I used (ending in ***, Fly With Class card). But Fly With Class still hasn't given me my money back, even after almost 2 months. I tried to work it out with *** nicely, but he's been ignoring my emails and calls. If this doesn't get fixed, I'll take legal action in NY. I want my full $8,900 refund. I got proof attached.

Fly With Class I dunno the exact dates

I dunno the exact dates. I bought 2 biz class tix thru Fly With Class to go from *** to Europe. This was before the Pandemic. My trip got canceled and then rebooked again. Then that got canceled. I dealt with a guy from that company. He said I'd get my $$ back but it'd take some time. I paid $6626.52. In more recent convos, they told me to be patient and then I couldn't get any correspondence going. People said they'd call me back and never do. I know for a fact Delta Airline refunded by check $$ to Fly with Class. Delta wouldn't tell me the amount. I tried booking a new trip with them recently and they just don't get back to me. I want that amount (even tho less than my $6626.53) refunded to me. It's my money, not theirs. Their biz number is ***.

Fly With Class I booked 2 business class tickets with Fly With Class, Inc

I booked 2 business class tickets with Fly With Class, Inc. on 1/26. My trip on 4/04 got cancelled because of Covid. They issued me a credit of $6,000 for a future flight on 4/22. On 5/16, I contacted FWC to re-book my flights for Oct./Nov 2021. Since then, I've exchanged 93 emails with a person from their team and it's been a real hassle. Every time we get close to re-booking, they stop responding. The last time I heard from them was on 9/2 when they said they're only booking a month in advance due to the "ever changing situation." I think it's just another excuse. I'm trying to go to Spain for a wedding, but I can't make any other arrangements until my flights are booked. I've heard others complain about not getting their credits back too. I really need your help because I can't afford to buy new tickets. They've been holding onto my money for over a year and a half. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

On 12/12, I bought six first class plane tickets for my fam to fly to Finland with a stop in Ireland and then come back to Orlando FL. We got 'em from Fly with Class Inc. The travel dates were 6/14- 6/23. I paid Fly with Class a total of $23,400.00. In early June, these countries closed their borders 'cause of COVID 19. On 6/5, we had to cancel our flights. Fly with Class told me they couldn't give me a cash refund even though it wasn't our fault. The borders were closed. The whole world practically stopped travelin'. They said we'd get a credit for the full amount that we could use within two years for international AND domestic flights booked through their company. It's sad to say, but I've been tryin' for over a week to book flights with just a small part of our $23,400.00 and they won't answer my emails or calls. Can someone please help me out?

Fly With Class I booked a flight with FLY WITH CLASS for a round trip trip to Italy with my wife *** on November 26

I booked a flight with FLY WITH CLASS for a round trip trip to Italy with my wife *** on November 26. The flight was scheduled for 10/5/2020 leaving Seattle and arriving in Naples, Italy with Delta Airlines. Due to COVID Europe closed American tourism sometime in the Spring of 2020. By the early fall Delta issued a credit for the flight which they cancelled due to remaining European COVID travel restrictions. The Delta Credit was $7598.00. The credit resided with FLY WITH CLASS (travel agency). The agency made an exception and used part of the credit by booking a round trip to Utah for a ski trip and a round trip to Kauai for a Hawaii trip. They said they only do International travel but do to COVID restrictions we were grateful. We now have $2712.00 left of the credit and despite repeated attempts to book another trip to Italy (Europe is open) I cannot get them to respond. Three months of not respond to phone or email (answer occ. but never complete reservation)

In 2020 I bought a round trip bussiness class ticket, but cuz of the pandemic, all flights got cancelled. I asked for a refund, but the agency said they gonna keep the money ($2,500) and give me the tickets when travel is possible again. That happened early this year and I asked for specific dates (August 8 (from ***) with return on November 22 (from ***). The agency said okay and "issued" the tickets, but turns out they ain't valid - the airlines (Virgin Atlantic and Air ***) don't even know about these tickets or me in their system. I tried calling and emailing the company, but they ain't responding and I still ain't got no valid tickets. The outbound flight is in a few weeks, so I need your help to fix this. I complained before, but the business owner, ***, kept talking all smooth and stuff, saying he can get me seats. But with emails showing tickets but no tickets at the airlines, I'm really worried. There's still time to get tickets at a decent price, but it's gonna be harder the closer the departure date gets. Please HELP! Thank you.

I contacted Fly With Class "FWC" first on 30 Dec 2019, they quoted me US$8378 for flights, but then it went up to US$8950 on 2 Feb 20, which I paid. Covid happened, flights got canceled, Sep/Oct 2020 flights got re-booked and canceled again because of Covid. We have a cruise starting on 9 June THIS YEAR from *** and I gave FWC many options to rebook flights. The cost was too high, another 50% on the original quote, and THEN it went up again over US$20,000. I said I can't afford this, can we use credit for one-*** use FF points for the other direction? Despite many emails and options I provided to FWC, I haven't received any response from FWC since 19 Dec 2021. I emailed on 25 Jan, 9 and 15 Feb and on 22 Feb I finally received an automated response that my agent "***" had left and to contact a replacement "***," which I did that day. I emailed again on 8 March, no response at all. I called on 2 April, 6 April, 8 April, and the receptionist assured me that this would be forwarded as a high priority. Still no response. I asked for a refund, again high priority. I will lose my cruise, my deposit, my benefits accrued to my cruise, more than another US$1,000. It is impossible to plan the rest of my trip, which was going to be 6 weeks, as I have no idea if/when we will be traveling. I checked *** at FWC page and it seems "***" has not responded to other people and one person asked if FWC is still operating-posts now removed. There is no point in calling again and I am never offered the opportunity to speak to a person, told the message will be forwarded. My holiday has been ruined. I have paid a deposit on our cruise, which was minimal because it was an on-board booking ($200) and there was a benefit to us of $850 gifted by Celebrity Cruises as compensation for itinerary changes. I will lose all of this in addition to not getting any form of response from FWC and booking flights with our frequent flyer points has now become impossible. I have attached brief summaries of a few emails, there were many more and phone calls. Cruise cost now AUD13,877.

I had a terrible experience with Fly with Class, Inc. On Thursday, May 26th, I contacted them to pay for a ticket for my mother's funeral. The cost was $2500 for an economy ticket from DEN to FMO, with a business class return from FMO to DEN. However, after I gave them authorization, they called me back with bad news: "the tickets are no longer available." They offered me higher prices, ranging from "$2700 for a one-way economy ticket to $3700 for a round-trip economy ticket." They even suggested an 8-9 hour drive to my final destination on the same day as my afternoon arrival, with the funeral the next morning! Another option was to purchase a one-way ticket and figure out the return "later." None of these options were reasonable or feasible. I immediately told them this and informed them that I was calling other airlines to buy a ticket so I wouldn't miss the funeral. In the end, I traveled with a ticket from a different airline. Fly with Class, Inc. never issued the ticket I had approved, yet they still withdrew the funds from my account, even though they knew they no longer had the ticket available and I had already moved on to purchase another ticket. This was confusing to me, especially since they had said the funds would remain in my account. But after I traveled, they took the money from my account, which affected my ability to make my mortgage payment. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they ignored me. When I asked for a refund, they kept my $2500 and have refused to return it to my account. I believe that just because they were given access to my account in good faith for a service they failed to provide, it doesn't give them the right to cheat and take funds that were never theirs, just because they already had approval. This agency lacks integrity and the courtesy to respond. I am requesting my refund as soon as possible, as it is only fair and just. Thank you.

Mr P and Mr *** of Fly with class asked on Thurs, May 26th morning for payment of my ticket for my mother's funeral. The total amount was $2500 for an economy ticket DEN-FMO/business classFMO-DEN. However, after giving the authorization, *** called back to say that they had bad news: "the tickets are no longer available". It was so stated immediately and they were advised that I was calling other airlines to purchase a ticket so I didn't miss the funeral altogether. The ticket I traveled with was not from them. They never issued the agreed upon ticket that I gave approval for and yet they went ahead to withdraw the funds from my account after the fact even though they were fully aware at that point that they no longer had the ticket available and that I had already moved on to purchase another ticket to attend my mother's funeral. This was baffling to me especially after they stated the funds would remain in my account and then after I traveled, they *** my account where I had limited funding at that point and this affected my mortgage payment. I made several attempts to contact them and they simply ignored me and when I requested for the refund, they retained my $2500 and till date have refused to return my funds back to my account! I feel that just because you were granted access to an account in good faith for a service one fails to render, does not give anyone the right to cheat and confiscate funds that was never theirs just because you already got the approval! This agency lacks integrity and the curtesy to respond. I hereby request my refund asap out of fairness and justice. Thanks.
