Myself and a friend recently visited Atlantic City Harrah Resort though a Caesars Air flight on 8/13/25-8/16/25. We landed in AC around 1;30 PM on the 13th, we were told that our luggage would be placed in our assigned rooms within 3 hrs. So, at 5 pm..we had no luggage in our room. I called and spoke to the Bell Captain at that time, and was told it would be there by 7pm. At 8:30PM I spoke to the Bell Captain Donna, she said some of the flights luggage went to 2 other AC resort properties, and we would surely have it in our room by 10:30 PM. Well that never happend, checked back at midnight, still not there! Finallly at 2:30am the next morning I spoke to a lady on duty named Grace, she said we would eventually get it. I said Hell no...Get someone who works here for Harrahs to go get it, only a few miles away...She said they didnt have anyone who coul do that. Ceasars resort bwt had our bags there. A manager from there personally drove our luggage over to us, by that time it was 3am. This was a MAJOR incovenience, and we felt like we should be compensated by that mistake. They did offer us both a $50 food credit, but that was not nearly worth our inconvenience. The Harrahs MGR Mr. Kadar said he would contact our Host( whoever that was) for any further compensation. We never heard from anyone else after that conversation...very sad :-(, and sorry attention to detail handling our luggage! We have done several of these flights without incident. Both of our bags by the way were properly labeled...some of the employees involved said there was no names or addresses on the bags. We have pictures to prove they were properly marked.

Desired outcome: We both felt like the Casino should have at least offered us about $200 each in free play while we were there to correct this blunder. 12 Hrs without your personal belongings while out of town is unacceptible...not to mention medications.
