Caesars Entertainment review: King of africa slot machine at horseshoe casino/baltimore

On 1-18-2026 I was playing slot machine (one of my favorites) I know the pay out because I play this type of machine all the time. So after about $140 and 2 bonuses I immediately knew it was gonna be a long night..I went to ATM to get more money FINALLY a bonus 25 spins to be exact. One of the spins gave me the first three rows of Lions on .80 it should be $40 so the machine spins for the remainder of the spins. Finally all spins are completed I looked down and realized that after 25 spins I had $35 total. Im like wait something isnt right. So i asked the guy beside me did he see it he said yes. Im like oh H**ll no not only do they take our money on a daily basis but u cheat me directly in my face... UNACCEPTABLE. I immediately call for an attendant. They took forever so i went and got an attendant and requested for a supervisor. I explained to her what happed her response is the machine gave you whatg you were supposed to have. I said clearly it didnt or I wouldnt have called for you. She states its nothing I can do. which I know is BS. I told her that all the machines are rigged and that its unfair Im making a complaint. She state OK. I ask for her name she says tell them you spoke to night time slots supervisor. Moriah is her name she is HORRIBLE..She's arrogant sarcastic and most importantly has POOR Customer service Etiquette. HORSEShoe is the absolute worse Casino in the World. They have the machines rigged so you cant win. They twitch..black out and chaned entire screens mid spin to make sure you dont win... There's no way that people will spend $500-700 to get a $500 major to fall off a machine...The math does not math. I have decided that Im nevr going back to HorseShoe casino. Im going to encourage my friends and family to do to other casinos to patronize if they feel the desire to gamble. Horseshoe is not it. Something needs to be done about that place. ASK anyone who goes there. Im gonna try Harrahs again but thats it, This place needs to be investigated IMMEDIATELY! Their payout/return play is so different than other casinos. AwFul/Awful Awful.
