Terrible customer service ,stayed here for 3 days
The next day I got up to take a shower, in the middle of shower I noticed the shower body wash was empty, conditioner empty, I had to take a shower with out body wash , when I was leaving my room next day I asked the house keeping girl that was cross the hallway from my room to please change the sheets in my bed and extra towel
Around 11 pm when I got to room nothing has been done trash cans full no towels my bed is not done
This place as far as customer service if I could give them 0 I would , I have been Caesars entertainment customer for almost 25 yrs and I am a vip member and this is the treatment you get . Good in this place is horrible and if you ever want a room here on Saturday night they charge you $1000
