Burger King review: Whopper with extra onion

I ordered a double whopper with extra onions and repeated to the order taker. She acknowledged by charging me an additional ten cents for the extra onion that I didn’t get. This has happened more than once at different locations within El Paso, Texas. I don’t think this is an ethical practice. You are charging customers extra for something they are not getting. I like Burger King but I don’t like being charged for something that I’m not getting.

Desired outcome: A free whopper to make up for the many ten cent charges for extra onion that I havenâ€™t gotten or a refund.
