On Friday January 21th 2022 approximately 12:30 p.m. my husband and I had walked up two Burger King to get two double quarter pounder with cheese meals when we got there the manager was rude she was short with her answers and answering this she wasn't paying attention to taking our order she was more worried about what somebody else was doing there was nobody else in the lobby there was like one in the Drive-Thru and like three other workers in the restaurants when we got home we had a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and one regular double quarter pounder with cheese they were not right with all the condiments were supposed to be left off and she gave us two cups for our meals but didn't give us our meals except for one and got it wrong the fries were like not cold but cool when I asked her if we could have our cuts after she took my money she kind of just slammed up on the counter and said HERE. And it seem like it took forever to make it I've been waiting to get out of there until almost 1:00 plus after our food was bagged she's tossed up on the counter and didn't say anything and we had told her we hope she had a nice day and she didn't even acknowledge this while everybody in the kitchen there was goofing off and playing off and everything else that's a manager she knows better and our food wasn't right I don't know here lately Burger King seems to be getting all my orders wrong and I haven't complained until night and I have the receipt it's not even running up on my receipt right plus they've been charging us for the free up size when you're not supposed to
