Burger King review: Stale/Hard bread and wilted lettuce and tomatoe

I love the original taste of burger king and that is why I am even taking the time to write this complaint.

I have been to Burger King recently (store #5671 in West Allis WI, I first tried a Wopper and the bread was hard, cheese was melted and veggies were wilted.

I gave BK another chance and I figured It was just a bad day for the restaurant.

I went a 2nd time 32 weeks later but this time I ordered a Wopper JR and it was very disappointing... Same story as the Wopper.

after saying I would never return, I went today and ordered a Wopper JR. I even asked for a fresh burger to be made and specifically said that I wanted a burger that was not under a lamp because the bread becomes hard and the veggies wilt.

the person taking my order sounded very anoyed and said that the burgers were fresh.

I drove away hoping that the burger would be fresh but same deal.. I am 100% sure now that that is the norm for BK or at least for that location.

for sure never buying again.
