I called in to burger king blackburn lancs, grimshaw park. my order was taken, meanwhile I started looking about. the place was minging, plastic bags on the floor, cups, chips, used tissue. gloves, coke spilt on the drinks tray, debris on the counter where the tickets are left, the burger holding tray under heat lamps dark brown, you could see where they had tried to scrape it off, the staff not wearing hats, handling money, using till, and handling food, no gloves no washing of hands. a memeber of staff sat in the back playing on his phone, thats behind the counter, plus I actually ran my finger across the front of the tills 4 different fingers, filthy dust and dirt came off 3 of the 4. they saw me doing that hey presto the hats went on. that was behind the counter, every table had debris, left over food or cups on them, the counter had dried drink rings where drink had been spilt, tile missing near entry door full of dirt, dirt in the corners both sides of the counter. I asked for plain burger, got home, cheese burger, went back, I asked for plain burger, got home burger with sauce and gherkin, went back, p l a I n, burger hey ho I got a plain burger, my tea was now cold. asked for kit kat fusion lol got oreo fussion hate chocolate, by now I couldnt be arsed going back. as a franchise they arent doing your brand any good at all, never be going there again, the staff are so lacklustre they look like they are on tranquilisers, the place had only 4 customers when I went in 45 minuets I waited then had to go back twice, a chap that was there when I left got angry, his break time had run out before he got his food, he was from costa coffee across the way, he said it was a good job they didnt work where he did the lot would be fired..

On Saturday morning, 8/11/2018, I went to BK#4318. I was getting breakfast before work so the drive thru for faster service was my thought. My ordering process was fine. I just ordered croissanwiches, coffee and orange juice, nothing out of the ordinary or special. When I got to the window she took my card for payment which is fine and gave me my coffee and orange juice. After a minute, she asked me to drive forward. She did not state why or anything. I tried to ask a question to which she responded, thank you and walked away. So she didn't listen. I drove up and waited. It took so long that I was able to complete the mybkexperience survey. I thought I would drink my coffee while waiting. It was luke warm at best. When she finally brought my food out, over 10 minutes from payment, it wasn't my food. But she had handed it to me and walked away. I could have taken it and left as it was much more than I had ordered but that would not have been right or fair to the people behind me, whose food it was so.
So I got out of my car and went inside. She had her back to the front so I said excuse me. When she turned around and looked at me, no greeting or anything, I said, "this is not my food. I think it's the car behind me." She continued to look at me as she took the food and said nothing. so then I said, "I would like my food..." she still said nothing so I added, "or refund my money". She quickly said, "oh you want a refund?" to which I responded, "yes, if you're not going to give me my food." She took the food I had given her and didn't say a word. She walked around and outside and gave it to the people behind me and just left me standing there. She came back in and still said not a word to me and went to the back where I can only assume she was asking for help with the refund. She came back with someone else and they both just walked over to the drive thru cash register and proceeded to refund my amount without a word to me. Then she brought me the receipt and finally spoke to me and said, "okay, this shows your card has been refunded, sorry about that".
People make mistakes, all I require is an apology and make it right. This is crazy. She could have provided me with the two croissanwiches and one order of hash browns and apologized and everything would have been fine.
This is very poor customer service and since it's the second time, I will be purchasing my croissanwiches and coffee from Dunkin Donuts in the future. Very sad that no one has provided this girl with the training to handle what should have been a very simple resolution to a mistake.
over charging different price vs menu
I visited the savannah airport location the menu said price was 7.19 plus tax but I was charged 8.29 plus tax? I asked why the cash said she did not know? Why price was different from the menu! I don't understand how price was different I got med coffee med tots as Advertise on the photo sandwich tots medium coffee $7.19 not $8.29. Please help me understand this price difference!

I went to a Burger King in Syracuse New York on the corner of butternut and Lodi about 8:30 p.m. on August 10th 2018 we made our order in the drive thru went to the window paid and after 5 minutes got our drinks then five minutes more they told us to go around to the front door we did waiting for them to come out instead they told us to go back around the drive-thru to get our food and when I got back to the window I asked for a manager's name and to see him and once she told me his name she told me get out her drive thru then I called to talk to the manager and I talk to a manager in training her name was Brittany but I requested to talk to the regular manager and his name is Matt. The girl at the window should not be working with customers if she does not how to talk and do the right thing. And ask for the kitchen crew they should have had the food ready and not make me drive around the building it should be given to the customer before they leave the drive-thru window that is why it is called a drive-through. I recommend for this Burger King that its employees needs to be retrained and the girl that was rude should be terminated. So if you want somebody to retrain the whole kitchen crew in any restaurant I have 5 years experience in high class kitchens then maybe they would know how to do things right
incorrect order thru drive thru
on Aug. 10th at 5:57pm, i went thru the drive thru and placed my usual order of 2 for 6 whopper's, with cheese and no onions (allergy to onions) and 2 for 6 chicken sandwich's. The chicken sandwich's were great. The person taking the order did not add the cheese and they had onions. I WAS NOT GOING TO DRIVE BACK! Due to onion allergy, I always order the same thing. I always say 2 for 6 whoppers add cheese and no onions. I don't know why drive thru orders are messed up all the time! You need to retrain the staff on why orders should be correct, it's not like i can walk up to the counter and have the order fixed.

The Burger King at park city in Lancaster pa has a young employee named Tyler who thinks he can talk to customers anyway he likes. Ordered a bacon crispy chicken sandwich was told it would be 6 mins, okay no problem asked for the other food I ordered so it could be eaten while it's hot he starts with an attitude. Repeatedly told me to take my food and walk away before he calls security. I told him he needs to grow up

At the BK on 52nd Street in Kenosha, WI. I ordered an Oreo shake and specifically requested it be made with chocolate ice cream rather than vanilla (like I always do). I get to the window and the cashier (I couldn't see her name tag all that well but I think it said Rahzan) smirks at me and says, "don't you think that's just way too much chocolate?" I guess she thought the chocolate ice cream and the chocolate of the Oreo cookie was too much. Well first, no, I don't think it's too much... obviously, I ordered it that way. Second, it's none of her damn business and she has no right to be so judgmental. To make it worse, the shake came out looking like a hot mess. Definitely the last time I will ever visit a Burger King. Hope that Rahzan or whatever her name is gets fired.

Your staffing in Lebanon Missouri is some of the rudest people I have interacted with. They are not very professional. The lady that handed me my food stuck bag out window I took it from her and I said thank you she turned and never said a word and walked away. You need to come take a look at your staff in this area as a guest! Your staffing is not very clean either. They seem to have more time to talk to one another rather then your customers. I doubt I will be back to this location to eat even though I live here. Get some decent employees that put your customers first not their gossip session!

Why are your telling people to go to the web site to do the survey and then it pops up you have done your limit for this time period.I will never purchase take out ball team there again. Stop telling your employees to tell costumers this lie. If this is not true y'all shouldn't be advertising this line.We have try this for the last month and every time the same pops up.
incorrect order/was charged too much
at my local BK they have 2/$6 whopper or chicken sandwiches. i ordered 2 whoppers and 2 chick sand. when i got home about 15 minutes afterward and checked the food i realized that they had charged me for 2/$6 chicken and also 1 single whopper and 1 single double whopper. i would have taken the food back but i would have spent a half hour driving total. so we ate the food but i am upset that the staff could not take an order correctly it should have costed me $6 not $4.39 + $5.49 for the whoppers . also they asked if i want sauce with my onion rings i said yes they never put it in the bag . My local BK was closed for a couple months for renovations. since they reopened i have been there 3 times, each of which they have gotten at least one thing if not more than one thing wrong with my order. the visit i made on 8/6/18 i ordered a lg onion ring and i got 6 small onion rings in it. also they forgot cheese on one whopper that night which i paid for. the visit i made on 8/9/18 was the above mentioned ordeal. i would appreciate to be compensated for the bad service and being over charged for messing up my order. i have pictures of my receipts for proof i was there. if i didn't have to drive as far to go back they would have gotten the food back in the first place.

i went to 222-228 queen street auckland . i ordered 1 junior salad burger and i medium salad burger combo. i have paid 11.80 dollar for both of these . SARIAYA is name of that lady who was serving us. first of all she was not a good communicater because she was very rude . i ignored that but when we recived burgers both of them was small where we have paid by thinking that we have paid for medium ones as well. however before we eat that i went to that lady and said that mam we have ordered medium one but we recived both small one. she was discourteous
graceless to me. write now i am disapointed totally
i am requesting you guys that please do the acceptable enquries as per complaints and provide me the outcomes. as burger king has international values and follow the ethical standard of communication so she should also follow the rules and regulation. if this happens again in the future i will give a direct call to police .

chicken now makes me sick every time!
I don't know WHAT you did to change your chicken recipe, but I can not longer eat any of your chicken. I've tried both chicken sandwiches, the salad and the chicken nuggets and they all make me sick.
I've been several times over the past few months and it doesn't matter what location I go to, the result is the same: I get sick!
I used to love your chicken sandwiches so much, but now I can't eat them.
I won't be wasting my money here anymore.

Jamese powell is very unprofessional she talks too much I worked there. I got another job but decided too keep working there on the weekend so my property manager had been calling to verify employment so jamese powell too it unpon herself too tell Mrs Williams that i quit coming too work and when it was there it was sorry and lazy and didn't do anything when it was there yesterday I'm very angry and I'm and very hard worker but what she not going to do is down size my performance with her unprofessionalness I will like for someone to call me back Philandria Carter @[protected]

Changes need to be made ASAP
Last night I went to restaurant #03639. The employees there are very rude. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order. I believe it's the same night night shift manager with the very unwelcoming voice that took my order. I mean she just kills your whole vibe in wanting to even place an order. Their is definitely more leadership that is need on her end because the way she thinks it's ok to talk to customers is very contagious in that store. I should not be treated like that. I placed my order than pulled up the the window to pay. I gave my card to the young lady at the window. I guess she handed it off to the next girl (Kalijah). Kalijah must be a relative or some to the night shift manger because she was unwelcoming as well. She asked me if this is my card. I found that to be stupid because who else card would that be if I'm the person whose at the window now to pay. She swipes my card than slams the window. She reopens it to give me my drink and straw and that hands me my receipt. I looked at my receipt to make sure I wasn't charged anything extra. As I looked the whole order was wrong I ordered a number 13 meal regular size. It's no way it should have been $9 as I told her. She rambling around look for my receipt and saying that's not your order sir. Kalijah says "does your card end with such and such number. " I tell her I don't know. So I than have to go back in my pocket to see if that's my card number. I said yea that's it. She says yea that's what I charged you for. I tell her well why did you give me this receipt than. That's your fault. I was so close but I should have just got my money refunded back to me instead of excepting the food. I don't need to give Burger King my money any more if this is the way a paying customer is going to be treated. I really believe upper management should make some changes to that store immediately the service is unacceptable.
whooper combo meal
Yes I and my 6 kids and 3 other family members was on vacation on July 26 coming from little rock and we deside to stop and eat with you all and the whooper were not fresh and the onion ring and fries were over cooked. I have just lost my faith in burger king ok if this is the face of our fast food company now a day God only help us and we didn't have time to go back we would have mess our flight home. Some time it just better to eat what the plane has on it.we end of doing that any way.
burger king app will not load on my phone
have been trying to get the Burger King app all afternoon on my phone so I can use the coupons and deals on the app. I keep getting the message that an unexpected error has occurred. I was not able to use the deal on the app for two whopper meals for $8.99 this afternoon because the app would not load on my Iphone 8. Can you help me solve this problem?

I am complaining about the service.
Yes, I received horrible service on 08/08.18 . I went to the BK drive-thru located on 3917 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405 to place my order. I received a response from an female employee; informing that their drive thru was down and if I can place my order inside. I parked. I had one of the young man that work there held the door open for me. I went into the restaurant to place my order. As I was standing waiting on someone to take my order; I noticed several employees standing on the other side of the door just standing up talking. It seem like all of the employee was engaging in conversation. I didn't see anyone in the back. They all saw me standing at the counter for 10 minutes. No one said just one minute ma'am or someone will be with you shortly to take your order. No one communicated with me for about 5 to 10 minutes; so I left and took my business elsewhere.

I believe i left my cell phone behind this afternoon. I live 40 minutes away and i have literaaly called 8 times with no answer. I am livid. Every restaurant i worked at you had to answer in 3 rings. 8 times 8! Sent my room mate to burger king in Smiths Falls tonight to get 6 take out meals. She was told at that time by the cashier very rudely that if she is going to have an order like that again she is to call ahead. She told the girl we didn't have their number and was told to look it up on the internet. I find this to be terrible customer service as we have done this many times before and never had a problem but will now look for another fast food place to take our business.

Well, a few minutes ago I went in there and order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They put on my ticket a bacon egg and cheese crossiont. I went back in there and they told me i was wrong and i ordered a bacon egg and cheese crossiont when i know that one of my family members i was with couldnt eat that bread. I dont think ill be going there no more. They were rude as can be. I was standing there for 4 minutes for someone to come to the front.
