Burger King review: not selling product for advertised amount

Advertised whopper jr. Meal for $4.00 in the window. Also, advertised whopper meal for $5.00 in the window. Went through the drive thru ordered one of each on july 10, 2019 at approximately 1:30. The cashier told me the total was $12.95 after taxes. The receipt says $11.88 for subtotal. I asked her why was it not $9.00's plus tax. Her reply was I had to ask for the value meal. I ordered the meal, so I do not understand the issue. I did not argue with her. I paid for my meal and called the toll free number on my receipt. I spoke to a person whom said he could not even find that establishment in the system. I gave him the store number and the state and town. This is false advertisement and there is not good help with the customer service department.
