Why is it that I can NEVER get a receipt for my order?

The last 3 times I have gone and spent over $65.00, I am unable to get a receipt for my order. Not sure what is going on...is the money going in someone's pocket?

Although this location is right across from our business, we WILL NOT be coming back if we can't get proof of our purchase for reimbursement!

What is wrong with a business that thinks it can get by without providing receipt?

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Desired outcome: Either get new machines, or get a manager that knows how to use them!
