Burger King review: lack of product available to cook/ distinct lack of organisation to the point of no recourse

First thry ran out of the fried tacos you sell. 2nd they took 30 mins before they even addressed the fact that we didnt have our food. I went up to the counter after two orders came out after our order. I asked if they had made any of my order. I was told that they were making the final burger while we were speaking. The next thing that occured was that the drive thru employee came up and said to the register clerk that he needed a whooper for the drive thru. At that point they took my burger out of the bag and gave it to the drive thru order. After watching that happen, I asked where the rest of the food was. She didnt answer me. I requested if they had prepared any of the other food, like she had just told me they did. And come to find out. They hadnt made any of the food yet at all. This was around 40 mins waiting... for nothing. I asked for our money back and left upon recieveing a full refund. We run a business that we just opened down the street and also on the other side of town and we will never darken another BK door again if this is how things are handled.
