Twice I visited the Burger King in Bellevue, Florida and the service was absolutely lousy. The manager was serving customers in a stained, dirty shirt. Plus I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready. That was after I was asked what was I was waiting for. The second visit, I was never attended to after waiting in front of the register for approximately 20 minutes. I left and went to McDonald's. Staff is completely useless.

Desired outcome: Replace existing employees
