Went through drive thru ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain large ff nuggets drink and more when I got home no fries in bag with 3 year old waiting so I return to williamson road burger king 20 minutes away with bag of food. Spoke to female manager she was extra rude I asked her to replace my burgers and give me fries I paid for she said "I only owe you fries thats all you get" as you know they now microwave burgers very hot every time and if you dont eat them hot they are like shoe leather when they cool bun is tough and hard. These were not edible by this time and she was so meam no customer service at all and explain why they microwave the food now fries are hot hot hot and limp like a dishrag. I finalyy got a refund and went next door to wendys and spent my 24.00 for food. My kids and grandkids love burger king but you have hit rock bottom no longer worth the fight every time to get food and be treated like its my fault they cant do thier job wendys didnt seem to have any problem and no microwaved food
