Burger King review: Drive through experience..

My daughter wanted Burger King So I decided to go through the drive through in Oneida NY at 930 pm on 12/28/2023 for my daughter who loves the chicken junior sandwiches. I get there there's nobody in the drive through I say my order and the man said that he couldn't understand the last part of my order so I raised the voice little bit so he can understand me and then somebody else got on the mic and said "You don't have be rude about it, he couldn't hear you" So then that really upset me because I am never rude to anyone in the service industry I know how hard they work. I got up to the window and I asked the person in the drive through (who was not wearing a badge) if that was her that said that I was that I was being rude and she's like no it wasn't me but if you're going to be rude to me we can ask you to leave and I'm like excuse me I said I would like to talk to the manager let me talk to Jessica I'm Jessica's cousin I want to talk to Jessica and she had told me that Jessica was the one that I had spoken to that said that I was being rude. I was not being rude in any way whatsoever I was treated poorly by all employees at this location. Jessica is my cousin there and her husband Shane who also works there was there at the same time who came to the window instead of the manager coming to the window and just listened to me complain and he knows me that I'm not rude to anybody. The manager never came to the window to talk to me at all, and the employee at the window was still being so rude to me. The manager Jessica Hull never came to the window, she sent her husband.

Aside from that I really feel that this location has gone to hell. Several times when I had to take my daughter there the service was slow and 3 out of 4 times, we could not get any hamburgers because the grill was down. Every time we go there, we have to pull around to get our food, I ordered plain chicken juniors, why does it take 10 mins to get those? Orders were wrong once I received them. Slow and Rude service. Did I mention that my daughter recorded the whole conversation. So, I have the rude treatment recorded.
