On 12-30-23 at 347pm I drove thru and ordered a Smooth-N-Swiss. I got my order and left. I found out they had given me a junior whooper instead. I returned to BK, and they ordered up a Smooth-N-Swiss. I left and found they had given me another junior whooper again. I returned and finally got my sandwich. A kitchen staff worker yelled out I hope I got it right this time. it was right, but my complaint is neither the manager or staff went out of their way to apologize for my time in which it took to get this one sandwich. I felt like me being a customer meant nothing to BK. I felt like they could have done a better job of responding to a customer than they did. I am a regular customer of BK. I know BK would not like their customers treated this way. I wasted approximately. 30 minutes trying to do a drive thru order.
Desired outcome: I want to see better customer service, and relationship at BK. I should have been compensated for my time.
